Absolutely unacceptable experience. I returned a pair of jeans months ago and I am still waiting for my refund. I have contacted customer service multiple times, but nothing has been resolved and I still haven’t received my money back.

At this point, it honestly feels like they are simply keeping customers’ money. They have both the returned jeans and my payment, while I’m left chasing them for months with no proper solution. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering here. A company that takes back a return but fails to refund the customer for months despite repeated contact cannot be trusted.

Bij het leveren van de broek was dit ook al te laat geleverd en werd hier heel weinig rond gecommuniceerd. De fit was niet goed dus heb ik de broek geretourneerd, dit was twee maanden geleden, na meerdere mails te hebben gestuurd laat Omaer niets meer van zich horen. Geld waarschijnlijk dus kwijt. BESTEL HIER NIETS! Omaer is een vies manneke da graag mensen naait als ik de andere reviews ook lees.

There were a lot of issues with the delivery, so it took about a month for me to receive my pants. However, I contacted the team via Instagram, and they were extremely helpful. They even sent me an extra shirt and a personally signed letter.

I ordered a pair of jeans, but after weeks of no communication I decided to withdraw/cancel my order. I have sent two mails asking for a refund but nobody seems to care. I wish it would be as easy to get a refund as it is placing an order and taking the customers money.

Please, I just want my refund!

I ordered and paid for 2 pairs of jeans.
They never arrived.
I complained to Reamo who were very slow to respond but eventually Omaer explained that some products are on a long delivery time which is not clear on their website.
I waited another four weeks and nothing!
I have asked for my money back and nothing .
I STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE NOT TO ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
They will take your money and then ignore you

My package was delayed due to a few issues, and around the same time my personal circumstances changed, which meant I wanted a refund. I reached out to the team via Instagram, and their customer service helped me really well throughout the whole process. They were quick to respond, understanding about my situation, and genuinely solved it for me. Highly recommend — thank you!

Warning to potential customers:

In my experience, REAMO’s customer service has been extremely disappointing. I returned my order and have been unable to get a meaningful response despite repeated attempts to contact them by email and social media. I am still waiting for my refund.

If you are considering ordering, I recommend researching recent customer reviews and paying with a payment method that offers buyer protection. I hope REAMO resolves this issue, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from them.

Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis.
Lieferung hat etwas länger gedauert, jedoch lag bei der Lieferung eine handschriftliche Karte dabei wofür sich diesbezüglich entschuldigt wurde. Fande ich seh gut.

The clothes I ordered didnt fit. I ordered an XL and even though i followed the size guide it was way too short. Im 193 cm.

The order took more than three weeks to arrive... I got a hand-written note apologizing for the inconvienice from Omaer, which was a nice touch.

When I wanted to return the items I heard nothing. I sent multiple emails but didn’t get any response. You're responsible for paying for the return, which in my case (sent from DK) will cost 175 DKK. The garments I ordered cost me 675 DKK (not including delivery).

I wish i would've checked trustpilot before ordering as it tells a pretty accurate picture of the experience i've had. Would not reccomend buying from here.

I was worried when I read other comments, but everything was fine with my order, the fabric is cool, the product is matching the description and the delivery delay was respected

Ich habe eine Hose vor 9 Tagen bestellt und heute wurde sie erst losgeschickt. Ich kann verstehen wenn es zu Verzögerungen kommt aber ich habe den Support mehrmals Kontaktiert und bis jetzt nie eine Antwort erhalten.

Very nice product. Easily the best fitting pants I ever bought. A long waiting time, and I had to reach out to Omar. No problems here, everything was fixed, and he even left a handwritten letter in the package. Superb attention to product and customers. 10/10 recommendation and I will definitely upgrade my wardrobe with Reamo in the future

Ho fatto un ordine in data 20 aprile 2026 e a tutt’oggi non ho nessuna notizia del mio ordine.
Ho scritto tre mail senza risposta,sto cercando di cancellare l’ordine ma l’ufficio clienti non risponde.
Ha tutta l’aria di una truffa e spero proprio che non sia così,ma dopo otto giorni non si vede luce.
