Super Brand! Mir wurde noch eine 2 Hose als Geschenk mit dazu gegeben einfach wow ! Der Versand hat allerdings 2 Wochen gedauert was aber auch noch in Ordnung ist! Ganz viel Liebe an die Jungs macht weiter so! Beide Hose sitzen wie angegossen!

Good clothes (when you’re lucky the fit is right) no communication (when it’s not).

I had a quite an issue with my order, since there was a mix up with the delivery, but Omaer handled it really well. He was very helpful, and genuinely focused in offering the best solution. Everything was resolved, and in the end I received my items without any further issues. He also offered my a gift card as a nice gesture. I’m very happy with the quality of the pieces. Great customer service and a brand I would definitely order from again.

After 11 days my order still hasnt been shipped, label has been created but after 4 days still nothing has been shipped. On the website it says 3-4 business days and thats why i ordered it. I need it soon, and if it isnt on time i will keep this online AND send it back AND get my money back.

I ordered a set: polo and trousers. The trousers fit like a glove — absolutely chef’s kiss! Unfortunately, I had to return the polo, but I exchanged it for a hoodie, and that also fits perfectly.

The outfit feels great, and I’ll definitely be ordering again!

I initially had concerns about my order due to delays, but I must say the customer service was excellent throughout the process. The seller consistently apologized for the delay, not only via email but also through personal communication, which I really appreciated. I have now received my tracksuit, and I’m happy with the product. Despite the wait, the way they handled the situation shows they truly care about their customers.

Beautiful garment, exactly as advertised. Shipping took quite long but it was well worth it for the durable quality.

Delivery is not within 4 days as stated on the website.
Have reached out to them on email (2 separate addresses) and instagram and have not received an answer. And still after more than a week no shipping confirmation or any update.

The clothes I ordered didn’t fit. When I wanted to return the items I heard nothing. I sent multiple emails but didn’t get any response. I then wrote a instagram DM. I saw it was read but still didn’t get any response. When I wrote something critical under an instagram post I finally got a response in no time. They sent me an address where I could return the clothes to. Now I asked on instagram DM if my package arrived. Again, multiple messages sent and no response.

So, I term of quality, nothing to say, quality materials, look good and well build for the price. The delivery was fast.

I’ve ordered 4 times on the website and I gotta say, I’ve put a 1 star review once because I did not receive my order this time. The customer service took a very long time to answer my emails (almost a month after 4 emails) and they answered as soon as I’ve posted my bad review (maybe it was a coincidence). BUT, even though it took a while to be refunded, after that they gave me gift cards to apologize. Unfortunately I can’t remove my bad review, but I wish I could.

It’s been 2 weeks and I still haven’t Got my package. I tried to i form to Them, but they haven’t answared me.

Happy I stumbled upon Reamo! In the beginning I had doubts because there are so many low quality clothing brand. Reamo is far far far from it!

I ordered a two sets of clothing during Black Friday. The order took a while to ship, but knowing that it's a small business of two people (who make the clothing by hand!) makes it worth worth the wait.. believe me! They even took the time during the holidays to reply to my email about the shipping. The textures are amazing and the size fits perfectly. I'm so happy with my order!

Hello, I ordered a sweater on Black Friday that is like no other! This sweater is created and manufactured in Austria. The whole sweater is handmade and in a super quality. It even came with a personalized message, which sweetens the whole buying experience.

I have to disagree with all those who claim that the brand is not confidential or anything else, I have had a very good experience with REAMO and would order again. Everything is great!

Ordered a set during black friday as a gift for my wife. As it was a made-to-order release, the waiting time was around 3-5 weeks which was fine! Customer service was super helpful when I had a question about shipping fees. After I think 3 weeks I received the first notification that the product was ready to ship. Around 5 weeks I received the product. Super nice quality, wife absolutely loves it. Super glad to support this (small) business!

Very good brand, got the grey tracksuit and the quality and fit is 10+! Great customer service as well, will definitely order again!

This brand has really beautiful, unique clothes. It took a few weeks to arrive because everything is handmade, but it was totally worth it. If you like special pieces, this is a great choice!

It is really worth the wait! you are listened to when you ask something or ask where the shipment is, it is made for you on request even so wait patiently! believe me on my words that you will find the wait 100% worth it!

I'm a big believer in this brand. Amazing designs and the creators keep on updating the fabrics for better quality. I wear it A LOT.

After waiting around 5 weeks for my order, without getting any response from their customer support, my order finally arrived today.
(I am aware of the fact that the clothes are handmade and it can take some time to fulfill the order but their website states “shipping within 1 to 3 business days” for shipping to Austria … so just don’t do that, if you can’t assure it)
Half of my order is missing. I only received a Hoodie but not the Polo I also ordered.
I already contacted customer support but I ain’t expecting an answer.
Personally I would not order from them again, even though the quality seems really nice. I never had to contact customer support twice for any kind of purchase.
