After the death of my ex-husband and the problems of paying for the funeral, I didn't want to leave my son in that situation when I die. I was a bit nervous about speaking to Reassured about life insurance, but I needn't have worried. Nick was just wonderful. I told him what I needed, and he was so patient. Because of the situation of dealing with coroners, registrars, etc., I had to put our appointment off several times. He phoned when he said he would and was nothing but kind and understanding. He understood my present financial situation and found me the perfect match for life insurance. He didn't try and sell me additional things that I didn't need, which was such a refereshing change. The level of detail is abundant but although your staff are very informed, the speed of which they present the questionnaire can be in essence a sales pitch when in fact it is an essential element of gathering personal details to qualify.

I would recommend this company they are very professional and helpful.
I recieved great customer service from Connor Maseko and had everything explained well before making my choice on the right policy.

The agent who sold me policy was great. Amazing service. Unfortunately I had to cancel the policy within the 30 day period. I did this with the company directly as per reassured guidance. Since then ive been bombarded woth texts, calls, emails about the policy which no longer exists. Ive replied to emails advising them to stop contacting me. They still continue.
