Excellent customer service and genuine trust
I honestly think this is some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. The communication was clear, kind, and professional throughout the whole process. Unfortunately the product was not right for me at this time, but I still received a full refund and free return shipping, which is quite rare these days and something I really value.
This experience gave me genuine trust in the FlexBeam brand.
I’ll definitely keep an eye on other FlexBeam products that are more relevant for me, and I’ll be happy to share my positive experience with people I know.

Fibromyalgia
Denne fungerer på meg som har stive muskler og smerter fra fibromyalgi. Jeg er ikke fri for stivhet og smerter, men har betraktelig mye mindre av det. Og det hjelper til at jeg kan trene mere. Har enda ikke løsnet for min far som hadde slag for 4 år siden, men er kun prøvd ut i 21 dager for han. Håper den hjelper han like mye som meg.

Much Need Pain Relief
I have had nagging pains in my neck and lower back that only get worse as I am running around giving my kids rides, heaven forbid trying to make it to tennis group or Pilates.

Hei. Jeg vil bare si at etter 5 dager med flexbeam (og to pause) så har jeg fått tilbake smaken for små konsentrasjoner av frukt og sødme i vin/kaffe. Mistet de smakene etter Bactrim antibiotika august 2024 grunnet nyrebekkenbetennelse. Jeg hadde nesten gitt opp, legen sier "det skal ikke skje". Men med en vinutdannelse og super-kaffe-nerd er jeg veldig klar over hva som var borte. På vinsmaking igår var det som om alt bare var tilbake! Helt fantastisk. Tusen takk :)
Har brukt Flexbeam annenhver dag på nedre mageregion og øvre bryst, etter det jeg fant fra dere på YouTube med balansering av immunforsvaret.

I was one of the first customers to…
I was one of the first customers to purchase the FlexBeam years ago. After using it for sometime, i stored it until i needed it again, but to my surprise it started to malfunction. After contacting support, i was informed that i was out of warranty. Expressing my disappointment, the team reached out to me and told me they were going to repair it at no cost to me, even if i was out of warranty. After receiving the “repaired” unit, the malfunction issues continued. So i sent it back again at no cost to me. Unfortunately this back and forth continued for another 3 times! With the “repaired unit” malfunctioning the exact way it always did! At that point the management decided to gift me with a brand new FlexBeam at no cost!
A true Standard on how every company should stand behind their products!
Thank you for protecting your customers, making sure our satisfaction is met!
I Definitely recommend this company and their product, based on my personal experience.

The Flex Beam is a great machine but the directions for its use needs to be expanded!
The Flex Beam is a great machine it works to reduce inflammation and its pain.
I wish that the information booklet would have explained in more detail on how recharge the unit as well as how to use it, and where one should not use it.

Purchased my FlexBeam in 2024
I purchased my FlexBeam in 2024. The device has provided great relief. I have severe cervical and thoracic issues from an accident in 1960 similar to a diving accident. After other treatments, the device really helps to alleviate the discomfort and inflammation. Last year my device began to have issues. I did not want to be without my device but finally contacted the company. They were prompt and repaired my device successfully. The support was excellent. I would eagerly buy another device.

Why I chose the FlexBeam!
I saw a lot of red light devices advertised on social media and spent time looking at the research on the benefits. I chose the FlexBeam because they designed the unit so it easily can be used on different body parts, which is a big deal. It’s easy to use, has 3 settings and I have better flexibility and less pain when I use it on my thumbs and knee. It’s nice to have a non- medicine alternative to add to the arsenal of pain relief.
