Recompute made upgrading my phone so simple and easy. My phone came not too long after I ordered it and came looking brand new. Will definitely be buying from here again and do recommend to anyone wishing to upgrade.

Fast secure delivery

When purchasing items from any business its not just the quality and pricing its the after-sales service that makes all the difference. When things go wrong its how the supplier treats you and your concerns. I'm not going to state I had anything go wrong because it was fixed very quickly, so all I will say is that I had a problem and Recompute had a imediate solution, and so there was no problem :-). Many thanks to the staff in thier service department.

The specs of the laptop I bought weren’t 100% clear on the website. But once I received it and realised it wasn’t exactly what I wanted, I contacted them and they were very helpful in swapping it over and rectifying my issue.

We always look at Recompute first & we bought several laptops, desktops and a couple of mobile phones from them. We’ve been one of their customers for many years. We stick with them as every product we have purchased has been really good value. Once when I had a problem Francis was right onto it and nothing is too much trouble. I was able to return the product and he replaced it. We are very happy with the latest iPhone I got from them.

Laptop arrived safe and well, and is exactly what I hoped it would be. The supplied charger was able to run the laptop, but not charge the battery (which was odd). A short email, with the relevant details, to recompute, and the next day a new charger was on its way. The new charger works perfectly. Great service.
