The interview was extremely well prepared in advance. I was given a Notion doc to inform myself a little before the interview and during the interview the structure made it so that I was able to gain a good overview of what was needed in this role as well as allowed me to show my skills and motivations.

It was a great experience talking about my work so far; a lot of learning happened on the call.

Liz is a great interviewer, who puts you at ease and makes you feel valued. Very clear, open, and organized interview process, that creates comfort and confidence at the same time, as if I was talking to an old friend I haven't seen long, and telling all the things that happened to me for the last few years.
