Very engaging, it's a small group, so our instructor was able to all of us where needed

Done many 1st aid courses this was my first time with Red Cross. The course was in depth, informative, free flowing and more importantly we had fun. The Instructor was knowledgeable and approachable.

The training was very interactive not death by power point, keeping the whole group engaged in learning the skills to manage and control and administer emergency aid.

Great training day. Taught the necessary elements with humour and relevance in a way that helped the understanding.

The refresher course was very good and I feel more comfortable and confident as a first aider should I need to assist anyone in the future. There were a few changes, so it underlined the importance of renewing every few years. The course covered a lot of information with practical exercises & group activities to reinforce learning.

The size of group was just right. The trainer knew the content extremely well. Lots of chances to contribute. Good refresher course.

Really good as usual. Plenty of interaction from those attending. This gives you more confidence to speak out even if your answer is wrong.
The trainer is good at making you work mentally, which is a big plus.
I'd recommend this first aid course to anyone.

A brilliant day! Everything was explained so well, we were open to answers questions and felt comfortable doing so. The tutor was really respectful, knowledgable and delivered the day seamlessly.

Absolutely brilliant. I can’t tell you how impressed I was with the structure and how our tutor lead the day. I do lots of courses and I would love to know how you turn out such great course tutors!
