We offer first aid and health and safety courses which support the British Red Cross’ aim to save lives, prevent and reduce suffering, and increase wellbeing and resilience. All operating surplus goes into our Charity Fund, so by choosing us to provide your training, you’re helping us achieve our vision of a world where everyone gets the help they need in a crisis.
Courses to meet your needs
Whether you want to learn first aid for your everyday life or need health and safety training for work, we have a course for you. Try our interactive course finder to help you choose the right course for your needs, then book online or over the phone – whichever you prefer.
Nationwide venues
We have training venues in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, so you’re sure to find a course near you. We can even come to you if you have a group of up to 12 people who need training.
Customer service
If you have a question or need help with your booking, our friendly call centre advisors are available from Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5pm. We pride ourselves on delivering a practical, enjoyable learning experience, and we encourage customer feedback to help us understand what we’re doing well and where we could improve.
Account managed service
If your business has regular first aid / health and safety training needs, our account management service could save you time and money when arranging courses for your staff.
Ongoing support

A scary subject, taught in a well-managed and enjoyable class.

Good venue and size of group. Experienced and pleasant instructor.
The scenarios we practiced were the easiest we're likely to encounter; I would have liked some discussion about more complex situations. At 71, it also seems to me that the recommended procedures have been dumbed down somewhat over the years but perhaps this is valid, on the basis of feedback from real life first aid. We did finish quite early so there would have been time for further discussion. Generally, a scary subject taught in well-managed and enjoyable class, of course I'm glad I did it but wish it was free or much cheaper so it's accessible to all.

Excellent Tutor

The tutor was excellent she managed our expectations and delivered on them. It was informative but fun. The group of people doing the course were really nice too so made it very enjoyable.

Great Course

Our trainer Nicky made the course fun, practical and interesting. Would highly recommend

The venue at T.Wells was also good with plenty of free parking.
