Good range of course content, interesting interactive course delivery style

The Cours it was very good and intens a lot information and very useful

The course leader (Chester) was amazing, fun, informative and a great, relaxed, encouraging and calming presence.

Took part in the 2 day 1st aid at work refresher training. Informative, engaging and hands on. The trainer was knowledgeable. The venue was good with plenty of space. Communication was fast and informative also. Would recommend for all your first aid needs. I have used Red Cross in the past and always been a good experience.

It was really in formative and learned a lot

On rating how confident we feel at the start of the course (with dealing with various medical emergencies and how to deal with them) and again at the end - the improvement over the few days is crazy. I really feel enlightened and prepared for being a first aider within my company. I highly recommend this course. It was practical and engaging.

There was a good cross esction of attendees and we all enjoyed each others input & company.

I have completed the one-day Emergency First Aid at Work course many time, but this was my first three-day course. My needs as a totally blind learner were excellently met, with an additional trainer in the room to guide me. I felt that my disability was met with sensitive consideration and practical support, but without unnecessary fuss or negative expectations of my abilities, which is a refreshing change! The practical and theoretical aspects were varied, lively, informative and fun. Everyone was encouraged to get involved. The trainers were lovely and we had an excellent group, which helped make it a positive experience. I benefited from being the "casualty" first before attempting the practical work myself. The activities involving written cards and pictures were not so great for me, but I appreciate that the tutors need to accommodate all learning styles. I would heartily recommend the course and look forward to repeating in three years.

Well presented and easy to understand instruction just what was needed in refresher training.

The course was easy to book online and the location was easy to find. There was a little confusion 1st thing when splitting out the groups to the various associated training rooms but overall not too bad. Facilities were practical and fair.
