We offer first aid and health and safety courses which support the British Red Cross’ aim to save lives, prevent and reduce suffering, and increase wellbeing and resilience. All operating surplus goes into our Charity Fund, so by choosing us to provide your training, you’re helping us achieve our vision of a world where everyone gets the help they need in a crisis.
Courses to meet your needs
Whether you want to learn first aid for your everyday life or need health and safety training for work, we have a course for you. Try our interactive course finder to help you choose the right course for your needs, then book online or over the phone – whichever you prefer.
Nationwide venues
We have training venues in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, so you’re sure to find a course near you. We can even come to you if you have a group of up to 12 people who need training.
Customer service
If you have a question or need help with your booking, our friendly call centre advisors are available from Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5pm. We pride ourselves on delivering a practical, enjoyable learning experience, and we encourage customer feedback to help us understand what we’re doing well and where we could improve.
Account managed service
If your business has regular first aid / health and safety training needs, our account management service could save you time and money when arranging courses for your staff.
Ongoing support

Excellent EFAW course

I attended a 1 day emergency first aid at work (EFAW) course. The trainers were friendly, efficient and effective. The training style of mixed teaching methods with lots of hands-on practice of what we had been taught and the assessment method was relaxed but thorough. I have confidently used the first aid skills I learnt twice at work since completing the course.

'First Aid at Work' 3-day course

Great experience and left feeling confident I can now help if needed. Brilliant 3 day course. Can't recommend enough and having spoken to people who've done similar 3 day courses hosted by in house training teams etc., I'm so glad my company sent me to the Red Cross trainers. When comparing experiences, it became very clear the Red Cross team are much more comprehensive.
