Order experience
I'm hesitant to use this company again after my recent experience. My order was accidentally canceled, forcing me to place it again myself instead of them handling it internally. I had to separately request another coupon code, which was frustrating and time-consuming. Their website misleadingly mentions nearby warehouses, but my order shipped from Chicago, significantly increasing wait time. Furthermore, I had both the customer service representative and a warehouse employee contacting me, obviously with no internal coordination. The entire process was unnecessarily complicated and frankly disappointing

Amazing prices, amazing shipping times, and amazing customer service, all though after I purchased an item I was advised it would only be back in stock by the end of the year which is pretty frustrating. They could put an out of stock warning.

I ordered 3 parts and received tracking info for all three. One part arrived on time. The other two parts showed that shipping was cancelled. I e mailed Redline 4 times to see what was up with my order and never received a reply. I also never received any updates from Redline. I finally disputed the charge with my credit card and at this point the charges are removed, but still have never heard received any communication from Redline 360. I would recommend not ordering from them.

Do not shop at Redline360. They will send the wrong part and give you a very difficult time when you try to return the incorrect part. There is no customer service phone number. Read their Google reviews.
