Redline360's return process was quick and easy. I would not hesitate to purchase all future modding items from them. Their prices are the lowest on the interwebs.

I’m a repeat customer, had an issue with FedEx, but the customer service with redline360 was beyond any expectations. Responded to my error purchase(accidentally used coworkers credit card) and cancelled the order in 30 seconds of that email. Re-ordered and had a shipping issue with FedEx. Cherry stepped up fast and helped walk me through the process to resolve the issue. I will be a repeat buyer again in the near future. And would highly recommend RedLine360 to anyone who’s parts are on their website.

Ordered a racing seat and seat slider and from RedLine360, had a very minor issue that they answered and resolved right away, the prices are great as well as their customer service.

A week later they said they were out of stock but should be back in stock by later that month and I'll be first to get it. weeks later I asked for an update on my status and they messaged me back asking what inwas looking for and the year make an model like they haven't already taken my money
