Needed help with a remortgage.
The guys at redwood was really professional and kept us updated at every stage.
I cannot fault them at all. Excellent service.

Dan and Laura have been absolutely excellent, we have been so impressed with their professionalism. We are first time buyers and the help and support given throughout the whole process has made everything easy and stress free. Dan and Laura we can’t thank you enough for all the hard work you have put in for us to be able to purchase our amazing home.

My family and I have worked with Jon Brydon of Redwood Financial on the recommendation of a family member who is an existing client of Jon for the purposes of investment of a family members assets we are in the care of.
For context, my family and I had never engaged with the types of products and services we have used through Jon. Consequently, I was very impressed and incredibly grateful for Jon’s very present, available, knowledgable and patient approach with us as we explored options.
A key difference we have observed from dealings with other financial advisers was Jon’s method of having initial conversations primary through video calls rather than emails or phone. Follow up messages would often be by email but Jon would suggest follow up video or phone calls if appropriate. This has enabled the opportunity to easily ask questions, and follow up questions, on several occasion and receive timely and helpfully clarifying responses. Included in this are financial concepts we were learning about alongside statements in policies and documentation which required further unpacking.
Jon maintained an open and collaborative (all family members needed to understand and agree a course of action!) atmosphere ultimately resulting in a very pleasing end result.
Through our positive interactions regarding family financial matters, my wife and I have engaged with Jon on several of our own personal financial matters. Jon has built and maintained our confidence through this journey and we really look forward continuing working with him again in the coming years.

Nick is very knowledgable about all things finance, and if he doesn’t know, one of his highly experienced team will. He’s recently done some investigative work for us regarding an old work pension and gave excellent advice once he had all the facts and figures. It was obvious which choice we should make. Nick presented the information and allowed us to make the choice, with no pressure, just advice as to which option he thought would be best for us in the long term. There was no benefit to him financially with the option we took (and were advised to take) but big benefits for us in the future. Nick had spent a lot of time and effort getting the information together.
We have been clients of Nick’s for over 20 years and he’s always provided a customised service to our circumstances. I have recommended him to many friends and family members and will continue to do so. We’re not the wealthiest of his clients, but Nick provides a 5 star service to us.

Dan and Laura were fantastic in helping me to remortgage my property. They offered judicious and unrivalled advice in securing me the best rate possible for my circumstances and guided me seamlessly through a complicated process. They were always available for clarification and regularly updated me on the progress of the remortgage. I cannot thank them enough.

Nick and his team are excellent and we cannot fault them. Nick was our mortgage advisor for our first ever house. We were very nervous about the process and didn't know anything, but Nick explained everything and put us at ease. He found us fantastic deals and was readily available to help us with any and all questions when they arose. He also helped us with our life insurance, which was another thing we were feeling overwhelmed by. Nick operates with huge integrity and is very trustworthy. His vast knowledge and experience put us at ease, and along with his team he worked for us quickly, efficiently and professionally. We could not have asked for a better mortgage advisor experience.

Dan our mortgage advisor was a star, as well as Laura the administrator. They were always easily contactable and would give updates via email as well as always being contactable by phone call. What an amazing experience we've had with Redwood - especially Jon Brydon, who has been a hero! I was referred to Nick and the team by a friend. At the time when I initially met Nick it's fair to say that I had a list of things that I needed to address, e.g sort out my will, review my pensions and more. In our busy lives these are things we just put off because we just find it all too difficult. Nick and the team helped me unravel it all and whilst they can't give me advice on what actions to take they put the information at my finger tips so I was able to make the best decision for myself.
