One star — Save yourself the headache

Ordered a pair of tennis shoes and within one hour realized I wanted a different color. I immediately reached out to Reebok customer service, sent multiple emails back and forth, and got absolutely nowhere. Apparently their system doesn’t allow any modifications to an order — not even a color swap minutes after placing it.
My only option? Wait for the shoes to arrive, refuse or return them, and eat a return penalty for the trouble. That’s not customer service, that’s a trap.
In 2026, when every other retailer offers easy order edits, flexible returns, and actual support, this kind of rigid, customer-hostile policy is inexcusable. Competitors are running circles around them.
I won’t be buying another pair of shoes from Reebok. Ever. There are too many better options out there.

Dreadful and Just Plain Wrong

Oh dear, they took my order for a pair of trainers, cost £70, however, other than a confirmation email I've not received anything since.
I thought purchasing a pair of reebok trainers from a long standing, reputable brand name I'd not need to check out any reviews before parting with my hard earned money
HOW WRONG WAS I TO PLACE MY TRUST IN YOU.

Completely dysfunctional; order not fulfilled

I ordered a pair of shoes from the Reebok website. I assumed a big-name brand like Reebok would be able to run an online delivery service - but I was so wrong.

I initially suspected something was wrong just a couple of days later when I realised I had only received one email confirming my order. No updates regarding processing or dispatching which I had expected to see.

Looking at their Trust Pilot scores I knew then that I had made a big mistake ordering directly from Reebok. After another week of no updates I sent an email enquiring about the order, and after a few days received an automated email saying that the order could not be fulfilled and had been cancelled. I suspect they didn't have the shoe in stock.

I was refunded and offered a 20% off voucher (as if I would risk another order with them!). The fact they apologised and refunded the money quickly is the only reason why this is not 1 star.

I don't know how such a well known brand is unable to run an online shop, but there you go. Avoid.

Reebok shoe review

nothing went wrong this time, i got the reebok shoe white, its cousy comfortable and cofotable, but i found out it not leather since its starting to tear at the edges. i like the shoe.

Bought some trainers (as I love reebok…

Bought some trainers (as I love reebok trainers) I have also bought from this website before and had no issues.

This time is different. I made a purchase on 23rd December for some trainers and then I bought some socks so I could get free delivery.

I received a parcel a few days ago with only socks in. And the parcel was only small so it definitely wasn’t sent with the trainers. I thought maybe they have sent them separately so I went to check my order on the website and it said the order was complete! So I am missing my trainers!!

Awful customer service. The only point of contact is email, which they have an automated response saying they usually reply in 1 working day but I haven’t heard back from them. I thought it might be a one off until I looked at this trustpilot page so now I am getting stressed as I have no other way to contact them other than just hoping they reply to my email!

Awful just by the shoes from a different website!!!

Choisissez mieux vos transporteurs!

Problème avec FedEx votre transporteur!
Sur le site FedEx : impossible de programmer un retour/enlèvement à un lieu différent de la livraison d’origine pourtant dans la même ville.
J’appelle et ai une IA inutile.
Enfin j’ai un être humain, malheureusement qui ne peut rien de plus.
J’organise l’enlèvement quand même pour hier à partir de 15h.
Pas un appel, rien! J’attends toujours!
Et pas un point relais FedEx dans tout Lille, ville de + de 230.000 habitants!
Le seul à proximité est à Lesquin, 20km, difficilement accessible en transports en commun!
LAMENTABLE!
Et pas de réponse de Reebok que j’ai sollicité pour trouver une solution

Shocking Customer Service from Tech Support

Had my reebok treadmill jet300 for a while now, brilliant bit if kit. It broke down for the first time about 8 months ago. I didnt mind this as I had clocked a fair bit of mileage on it.

Since the repair its been used id say 4 or 5 times. This morning is started smoking and nearly caught fire just before cutting out. I rang Jon Wilkins from the tech support team who told me that the repair was not under warranty and I'd have to pay for the parts.

He then proceeded to say "well if youve hardly used it, why bother fixing it" this is a £1100 treadmill and I dont mind maintaining it but it's nearly caused a fire and this idiot could not of been less help if he tried. " pay for an engineer to have a look but we cant guarantee a fix "
The equipment is dangerous and faulty due to the previous engineers work and Reebok Tech Support dont seem to care!

Have some pride in your work!

We bought the Reebok ONEGT40Z treadmill…

We bought the Reebok ONEGT40Z treadmill at the end of October, by January it was clearly unwell, after a couple of service visits where parts were replaced & it still wasnt working properly. They decided to replace it in February as they eventually realised it had been made with a twisted frame. We've had multiple visits since on the bew machine & new bits fitted (on it's 3rd motor, second belt, it's had 2 side runners & an hydraulic arm that I can remember). 2 weeks ago they decided this one was a right off, but no one contacted me to tell me until I wrote a complaint over 1 week ago. They didn't reference my complaint, but replied to it just sentding a code to give to my seller to exchange the machine yet again. So I asked who to address the complaint to in order to get a response. They replied but again didnt mention my complaint at all & just asked if I had received the code. So I replied asking how to escalate my complaint. Although they recieved the email, it has not been responded to, so today I phoned & they are going to speak to the same manager to find where I can complain to. How do Reebok not have a complaints procedure in the uk? I would not recommend their treadmills. Im not a serious runner, I do couch-to-5k 2-3 days a week, so its not heavily used.

Ordered trainers on 2nd July

Ordered trainers on 2nd July. Still not received them 5 weeks later. They tell me they’re looking into it and I can’t have a refund until they’ve completed the investigation. The worst service, didn’t expect this from Reebok. Definitely doesn’t happen with Nike. I ordered and they delivered in 3 days. Will never order Reebok again.

Reebok have stolen my money.

Like other customers have said, I feel like Reebok have scammed me.

Order placed directly on the reebok website 1st July for £55. Money taken 2nd July.

It is now 29th July and no delivery. I have chased 5 times and just had 1 holding email.

Refund requested via email and on their customer service portal. No response.

I have always bought Reeboks, but never again. Not sure where to go for a resolution from here?

FAKE WEBSITE, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I ordered some goods. After 2 days they sent an email with the cancellation of the order. It is a fraudulent site. Be careful!! We will see when the money comes back. if at all.
Reebok never again in my life, prefer other sports brands.

Voleurs. Pas de remboursement malgré un retour de produit.

J’ai commandé une paire de basket en mars 2025. Commandé bien reçue. Mais les chaussures ne me vont pas. Je les renvoie. Je colle l’étiquette de retour. Tout se passe bien. Je dépose le colis dans un point ups. Mais plusieurs jours plus tard pas de nouvelles. Je contacte le service client qui me répond en anglais qu’il a bien pris en compte ma demande. Plusieurs fois je contacte le service client qui me propose de renvoyer les chaussures. J’ai beau dire que je les ai déjà renvoyées et que j’attends un remboursement rien. Nous sommes le 20 mai. J’ai perdu 60€.
J’ai pourtant envoyé la preuve de dépôt ups et le mail de réception du colis au Pays Bas. Personne ne répond. Grosse arnaque.
