Der Klappmechanismus vom Laufband ist innerhalb der GewÀhrleistung ohne Fremdeinwirkung kaputt gegangen.
Eine Reparatur Anfrage steht nunmehr als 6 Monate aus.
Anfragen zur Kompensation vom entstandenem Schaden blieb aus.
Kunden Service ist nicht vorhanden, stattdessen wird der Kunde selbst in Verantwortung gezogen.
Keine Empfehlung.

AWFUL company, stay well clear. Waiting since March 2025 for a call out to look at my Reebok threadmill here in Ireland. They took my money but depsite at least 10 calls to them, still no engineer has come to look at it. I'm going to request my â¬110 back and complain to the Consumer Ombusdman about them.
I am currently going through a treadmill repair with RFE for my Reebok GT40s treadmill. The 1 star reflects how poorly the repair is going so far.
Today was the 3rd requested callout since purchasing the GT40s treadmill in January 2024. The Engineer didn't turn up or make any contact with me.
November 2024 with an E3 error code, the logic board was replaced, it was still broken.
December 2024, Treadmill motor replaced.
On first use in December 2024 - the treadmill started smoking from motor panel.
Update March 2025 - repair requested.
Update April 2025 (appointment 4 weeks later) - a repair appointment was booked, engineer did not turn up... called, rebook arranged.
Update 2nd May 2025 appointment attended by engineer, same replacement of a logic board and motor.
Update 3rd May 2025 First use smoke coming out motor panel again. Contacted RFE again via email... awaiting reply...
Update 5th May 2025, received an UPLIFT code which should yield me a repair from the retailer (SportsDirect - who I'd also avoid FYI)
Update 13th May 2025, retailer SportsDirect have arranged a collection of the treadmill.... have to pack it into boxes for collection. No easy feat. Awaiting collection and we hope.... a refund.
The repairs are often 4 weeks away before an appointment is scheduled, as per my experience above; Repairs Fail or the Treadmill repairman DOES NOT ATTEND!
The fact a new treadmill is breaks down repeatedly within 1 year of use is an issue itself with quality control.
The call centre is easy to reach, English speaking and can arrange repairs. The customer service team are responsive on techsupport
In general, a horrible experience! AVOID! DO NOT buy Reebok treadmills.
Kundenservice ist nicht vorhanden, völlig Inkompetenter Servicemitarbeiter der sich "Technical Support Team Manager - Europa" nennt sollte schon ein bischen GefÌhl fÌr Kunden haben.
Habe ein kaputtes Laufband bei einem Bekannten von mir 10km entfernt stehen und es wird nur Repariert wenn dieses an der "UrsprÃŒnglichen Lieferadresse" steht, da hilft auch kein Diskutieren, aber man kriegt eh gleich die AGB zugesendet zum durchlesen (steht ÃŒbrigens gar nicht drinnen).
Awful company, bought a £500 Dynamax running pad that they do not have spares for, and according to John they never will. So I have to throw it away.
He was embarrassed and I am now stuck with a broken machine with no tech support from their tech support. AVOID !!
All WASTE, waited for 2 years to get the parts but no good response. ZERO customer friendly and service. Very RUDE engineers. They made me to pay £90 saying Multiple engineer visit but not assisting me for the 2nd visit, thus not fixed the issue even after £90 paid - can you imagine this Money making machine with NO curtesy.
