This company is a complete scam, they are not located in San Francisco as advertised, they take a large up front payment and send it to shell company called Texona marketing, they will simply stop talking your calls after a while, and give you discontinued phone numbers, do not trust this company they are a complete scam.

Beware of this company they are scammers, I have to hire a lawyer just to get my money back and I know I will be out more but it's the principal behind it.

When my book finally went live, I felt an incredible sense of relief and joy, like a big weight had been lifted off my shoulders.

Editing didn’t change my story, it revealed it.

Do not use this company . It is a scam. I hired them for thier premium package. Not only did they not meet our agreed deadline of Nov 27 th but I never received anything of what I purchased. Putting me out $14,499. 00. Thier bbb accredited rating has been revoked. They only edited chapters 1-8 and they use pressure sales and predatory business tactics. They try to hang you with legalize terms in thier refund policy trying to stall you past the 120 day mark absolving them of responsibility. I have reported them to all authorities including the police. They use texas banks so its that much harder to get your money back if you wire them. Do not use wire bank transfers. Regal ghostwriting is part of Texona Marketing LLC.

Formatting may seem dull, but it really transformed the overall vibe of the book. It’s neat and professional, with no awkward spacing. I really appreciate it.

The best part about this company is that they truly do it all. I used their full package, everything from writing support and editing to the final formatting. I especially appreciated that they handle the audiobook production. The narration sounds crisp and professional. It was great to launch the book in print, e-book, and audio all at the same time without juggling five different platforms.

I paid this company $900 to help me write my book. They just took what I had already written and spit it back out at me without any revisions. I requested a refund several times and they kept saying a manager would review the request, then ghosted me. I guess that’s why they’re called Regal GHOST Writing.
