Rude and unprofessional, providing substandard work.

I had a large tarmac drive installed on 24th April with a large area levelled and gravelled.
All the way through the work Mitchel Welch the director reassured me if there was any problems to get in touch.
Minor issue of the membrane showing through on the gravelled area, I bought an additional dumpy bag of gravel. All was ok.
Then we had a heavy down pour on 15th May, resulting in a flood in my bungalow. We found that one of the drains had been blocked by debris and set cement, water could not drain away.
I contacted Mitchel who was out of the country.
I asked if his dad's business could help as they sometimes share the same workforce. Mitchel then replied saying he would send someone up, and his dad's business was nothing to do with his.
(They share the same contact details).
No one came to rectify, my calls and messages have been ignored.
I then found weeds pushing up through the tarmac, causing bumps in the tarmac.
I have checked back through the original quote to find that he has charged me £1650 for a block paved path, that he did not do.
I messaged and called again. No answers.
Last Saturday I left a Google review with all of the above points.
Mitchel called me yesterday saying if I took down the review he would come and fix my drive.
Only if the review was removed first.
The man is so rude, excuses as to why no contact for 4 weeks, he has removed my posts on his Facebook page, and blocked me.
Not only do I have a drive that will need replacing, he has £1650 for work he has not done.
PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY.
