Terrible service and extortionate site fees, without the level of service or standards to justify them. Despite countless queries about unfinished work, months go by with little or no action taken. There is nothing âRegencyâ about Regency Living. A more fitting description would be regressing standards under their watch.
They also operate with what they call a âcluster managerâ covering multiple sites. This appears to prioritise cost savings over employing sufficient staff to maintain the standards residents are paying for. Itâs difficult to see how one person can effectively oversee several sites while delivering the level of service expected, and the lacklustre service and results speak for themselves.

Disorganisation of Management.
Since the Mangement decided to reorganise staffing, the standard at Tall Trees Park has dropped dramatically. Everywhere looks so unkempt and because of scarcity of full time staff jobs are not done properly.
We have lived here for 14 years and honestly thought Regency would bring the Park back to the wonderful standard we encountered when we first moved here, but unfortunately it has gone downhill rapidly.

We live on Regency solent grange milford on sea . Recently the park has been un loved cut backs and unrealistic developments in decicions made by the owners. We now don't have what we were promised when we bought into the a gated secure development. All now looks very unloved

We found Solent Grange after a chance conversation with a friend. We made an appointment and met Belinda from Regency Living.
We loved the Omar Ikon and eventually put a deposit on our dream home. We decided to use the Assisted Move option and was introduced to Darren.
The whole process took approximately 8 months. This was mainly due to our buyer organising an Architect, Surveyor and Structural Engineer and at one point they lost their buyer!
During this time we were supported fully by Darren and Belinda from Regency Living.
We love our new home, there is a lot more space than you realise. Solent Grange is a great site with fantastic views looking towards the IOW.
We feel very lucky.

We came and look at some of the properties at regency living at Upton. We needed a property for our mum everyone is so friendly at the site and when we had problems with anything we spoke to aiden carter and he sorted it out very quickly and kept us up to date with everything and we did a part exchange on mum's place and we go for a walk on the site most days and everybody kept speaking to us and i think my mum will be very happy on this site thank you so much for everything

We were down in Kent on holiday, we just popped in to ask a few questions & have a look around. Met Lisa for the first time, her knowledge of the whole process of buying a park home was invaluable, explained that we are not in a position to buy at the present time, just gaining knowledge. Lisa took us through the whole process with time to answer any of our questions, the visit could not have gone any better & we will be sure to keep in touch.
