We appreciate that the appearance and maintenance of the park are important to our residents. We are aware of the concerns that have been raised regarding the grounds and are currently in regular communication with our grounds maintenance contractor to address these issues and improve the standard of work being carried out.

We value all resident feedback, as it helps us identify areas where improvements are needed, and we remain committed to ensuring Tall Trees is maintained to the high standard our residents expect.

We note that Sharon Reach, the Area Manager, has already reached out to you and offered an appointment to discuss your concerns in more detail. However, to date, we have not received a request from you to arrange this meeting. We remain keen to understand the specific issues you have raised and would welcome the opportunity to discuss them directly with you.
