Amazing customer service. Really patient and helpful. Clears any doubts quickly. Mr. Muhammad Injamam is amazing, always fast responding and caring. Wonderful job and impeccable service.

Not professional, misleadings in the pricing to choose the highest price
Dont believe that they give a competitive always check

I recently had a very disappointing experience with My Holidays, which operates under the name Regency Travel & Tours. I booked a ticket and paid an additional 200 AED for a flexibility clause, only to find out that it was a complete scam. Despite this payment, I received zero service from their side. I managed to secure a seat on the same plane for a significantly lower price than what they intended to charge me.

To make matters worse, their customer care executive was unempathetic and almost raised their voice at me during our conversation. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable.

I also requested a screenshot from their website's booking page, where it is mentioned that the size and type of font are the same. This is regarding the clause where it is stated that the flexibility clause reflects the waiver of the company's service charges and has no connection to the airline, meaning customers have to pay additional charges for any changes. I am still waiting for this screenshot.

I will be informing all my friends and family about my experience to ensure they are aware of these practices. If I do not receive the requested screenshot soon, I will take this matter up on social media as well.

I hope this review helps others avoid falling victim to such schemes.

We had a wonderful time in Turkey thanks to my Regency Travel tour . who organized a fantastic tour of Istanbul and Cappadocia for my family . I was amazed by the rich history and culture of Istanbul, where I visited the princess island , river cruise, the Grand Bazaar, and more.we had wonderful experiences in cappadocia and Istanbul.We also explored the fascinating cave and north tour in cappadocia. My agent was very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole process. He arranged everything smoothly, from the transfers, accommodation, to the guided tours. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to experience the best of Turkey. Thank you for making our trip unforgettable!

I put up a request online in Regency website to visit Georgia and Abhishek contacted me immediately.
He was very professional.Gave us a package for flight, hotel, tours and arranged everything within an hour!! It was the best deal we got.
We had a travel on 15Dec, 2023, 7 pm flight.. Abhishek arranged everything just 3-4 hours before upon contacting.
I sincerely thank Regency Travels for having such professional and experienced staff.

We booked a trip to Turkey via Regency Travels and we travelled to Istanbul & Cappadocia. Overall the trip experience was great. We got a good transportation with good cars/bus with good Drivers, Good and informative Guides and the Time was well managed. The hotel that they provided in Istanbul was not that great but the location was bit convenient. The hotel they provided in Cappadocia was great, convenient and good breakfast.

Right from the start of the tour planning the company representative (Mr.Abhishek) showed professionalism, he patiently heard our requirements and planned and replanned our trip as we required.The time taken to resolve the queries were less. Overall we had good experience with regency tours and travels and we look forward to plan and explore another new place with them

It was a great experience and I enjoyed the trip quite alot. Tour guides were friendly and gave everyone their own space to explore. I would highly recommend Regency, Abhishek’s service was exceptional and he made sure it was a comfortable trip.

I once misplaced my flight ticket a month after booking and I had already travelled to a new country. And I was planning to travel to my next destination. After contacting them through WhatsApp they managed to send me a new ticket immediately.

Our family had a wonderful experience in Georgia travel packages. They arranged a excellent 3 star hotel with all facilities located n center of city. In Georgia, the tour guides r very friendly nd co operative n all ways.... Thank u regency.. Especially Mr. Abishek the one who arranged our tour. Well done abishek.

Wonderfully arranged trip to Georgia and Armenia , Hotels provided were at good and safe locations which is the major part.
Guides were friendly and explained each and every location in details.

Abhishek proved himself to be very efficient & knowledgeable, especially since I was a very difficult customer. It was quite challenging working with me. I would've given up on myself (lol), but he persevered. Tbh, I also wanted to test (see) how resilient he was & if I would continue with him. He proved himself.
My trip to both Singapore & Malaysia was well planned by him. He organised my flights, hotels, transfers, tours & even my bus trip from one country to the other. They were very organised & smooth. Most things went according to how I expected, except for one of my tours that I'd requested a change in the date, before I even left Doha, but it didn't happen, so I didn't get to do that tour (which I really wanted to do) & there was no recourse. That made me a bit disappointed, but apart from that, everything else went according to plan. I thank u Abhishek for your efficiency organisation & patience with me. It was my 1st time working with a travel agency & I'm well pleased. I'm ready to book my next trip with you. Thank u.

As a solo traveller, I am very happy that Regency Travel and Tours assisted me from the start till the end. Mr. Abhishek Maurya who assisted me did a very good job! I got a comfortable hotel accomodation. Moreover, Travel Door who hosted me in 🇬🇪 Georgia, these guys were amazing. The tour guides are excellent. I had the best and memorable quick get away from August 11-14 in Georgia 🇬🇪..Thank you very much and more power!
