Well-organized tour operator.

though it's a little bit short, it was sweet. It met our expectations.

My Daughter and her friend were coming home to Doha from Vancouver and due to sudden extreme weather conditions in Vancouver , at one point it looked difficult for them to start . Our main concern was that they positively fly out and celebrate holidays with us and that too conveniently. Regency travels has been our regular ticketing partner for the last 10 years and this ticket was also generated by them . With the problem , I immediately contacted Mr. Abhishek Maurya , young , energetic and customer focused, who immediately understood our situation and swung to action . He along with his Manager , Mr. Birain Monga took this problem as theirs and were empathetic towards our dilemma and left no stone unturned to help the girls as if it was their own family . Yes I must say Regency Travels and these Gentlemen are now indeed like our own family. Thankfully girls are now in Toronto with their Aunt and tomorrow will be catching flight to Doha. Thanks again Dears for your help and support.
