Any item purchased can never be returned or refunded. Products 'not sealed' so get out clause of 'hygeine' rule. Company chooses to not seal. Other similar companies Jude and Modibody allow returns an... もっず芋る

Quality at it's best.

It was easy to order on your website. Tap the item and the quantity and go to pay, as easy as that.
The kitchen towels on the roll are super soft and absorbent, wash them and put back on the roll.
The 6 coloured bamboo super soft face clothes are unbelievable. A soft cloud wiping your face.

Reviewing my laundry

I have used REGN laundry sheets for a couple of years now and it was only recently that I returned to look at the website that I realised how the range has grown. This is a really forward looking company with quality products at competitive prices. I love it.

CUSTOMER SERVICE ABISSMAL

Ordered a Christmas present. The box was totally torn and crushed. They want me to pay to send it back I wouldn't be able to give this as a gift so it's totally not fit for purpose. The
Customer service they offer is horrendous!! BEWARE!!!

You’ve left six reviews on here and every one of them is negative. That suggests this isn’t about one genuine issue, but a wider pattern of dissatisfaction when things don’t go exactly as you expect.

To be clear, the product itself was not damaged. The outer box was slightly squashed, which does sometimes happen in transit, but it was still intact and perfectly usable. We explained this clearly and offered a return in line with our published policy. As the item was not faulty, return postage would be the customer’s responsibility, which is standard practice and stated on our website.

Good customer service doesn’t mean ignoring procedures or offering outcomes outside our policies. It means responding, being transparent, and treating all customers fairly and consistently. We did exactly that here.

We’re always happy to help, but we won’t accept exaggerated claims or unfair characterisations simply because the outcome wasn’t what you wanted.

Laundry sheets

Last year at christmas i gifted friends and family biodegradable kitchen sponges as a stocking filler and this year its laundry sheets in there. Changing the world one plastic free swap at a time. I use these things myself obviously - really why wouldn’t you ?

Bad customer service and products.

Bad customer service and products.
Products unusable due to the most appalling fragrance/ chemicle smells. I ordered cloth sponges and tumble dryer balls. The smell on them won’t come out in the wash and secondly I shouldn’t have to try
 I spent a lot of money. Organic cloths with that one them is a joke. I simply asked to return and that they pay for the returns. After going back and forth they won’t stating they are not faulty. They are faulty as I can’t use them.. they expect me to put my clothes in a tumble dryer with that smell ? We are really eco friendly as we don’t not use any fragrance or chemicals. They need to take responsibility how their so called eco things are being transported and stored. Shocking behaviour from them, shame on you.

We’re disappointed to read this review, as it’s not an accurate reflection of what happened.

You received cloths and dryer balls that contain no added fragrances or chemicals. We do not advertise them as scented or unscented because there is no fragrance added. A natural material smell or a personal dislike of a scent does not make a product faulty.

You asked to return your order, and we accepted your return request immediately. The only point of disagreement was your demand that we pay your return postage. As a small business we already covered your outbound postage, and you also received 20% off the original price. Returns for non-faulty items are made at the customer’s cost, which is standard practice.

Your claim that the products are “unusable” because you personally dislike the natural smell does not meet the definition of a faulty item. You were still offered a full refund upon return.

It’s also worth noting that you have left multiple 1-star reviews for several other businesses on Trustpilot, all with similar complaints. We work hard to treat customers fairly, but we cannot take responsibility for preferences that fall outside what the product promises.

Your return remains accepted, and we will refund you in full as soon as the items arrive back with us in unused, sealed condition.

We stand by the quality of our products and the accuracy of the information provided to you throughout this process.

Aggressive marketing and after-sales

I wasn't unhappy with the products that arrived, but I am very unhappy with their extremely aggressive and persistent spam marketing ever since. I have tried and tried to unsubscribe but still the emails come. I even wrote to them directly, and now the emails come twice. If you dislike that sort of thing you would be well advised to find another supplier.
In response to the reply from REGN. 1) Read my first review properly. I didn't complain about the products. 2) Your spam IS very hard to get rid of, and after I emailed you directly to ask you to stop it DID double. Clearly you didn't read that email correctly either!

Hi Sarah,

Thanks for your review. I’m sorry to hear you weren’t happy with the products, though we haven’t had any email from you about this or any request for support. We always sort things quickly when someone gets in touch, so it’s disappointing to hear this for the first time in a public review.

On the marketing side, we don’t send emails twice a day. In fact, we only send a few per week. The only exception was during Black Friday week when we had a new offer each day, which is standard for most retailers. The only way you’d receive duplicates is if you were signed up more than once, which can happen if someone enters their details again to access new-customer offers.

When someone unsubscribes, it usually takes effect within 24 hours. In rare cases it can take up to a week while all the platforms we use sync, but it doesn’t continue beyond that.

We take feedback seriously, but it does need to be fair and accurate. If our approach or our products don’t suit you, then it’s clear we’re not the right fit as your supplier.

Love the laundry sheets

I ordered the laundry sheets scented. I really like them because they wash your clothes well and the perfume is subtle and pleasant. They arrived very quickly! I also ordered the scent booster beads which I probably won’t order again as I think they’re quick expensive because you need to use a lot to smell anything different
.But definitely will keep ordering the laundry sheets.

We have been using the dissolvable


We have been using the dissolvable paper laundry sheets for some time now annd we will not go back to huge plastic bottles of detergemt. Once we ordered scented by mistake (wife is allergic to them) I was asked to return them and they were echanged very quickly for unscented. Brilliant customer service which is very important to us as we are both in our eighties!
