Any item purchased can never be returned or refunded. Products 'not sealed' so get out clause of 'hygeine' rule. Company chooses to not seal. Other similar companies Jude and Modibody allow returns an... もっず芋る

Marketing and support are crap.

I bought some REGN laundry strips. They are exactly the same as other laundry strips. The only real difference is they are made in China and are cheaper.

After delivery, I then started to receive the standard rubbish marketing emails (would you like to try this, can you review us, try our new ,,,,etc.).

U tried to unsubscribe, but that doesn't work. I then went to the website to turn this off in my details, but there is nothing there, So it is impossible to stp these junk mails.

I then wrote to REGN asking them to stop, and got a response which is eithe sarcastic or they didn't bother.

In any case, I still haven't unsubscribed, and now have to report them to ICO to try and get this stuff stopped.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the laundry sheets to be just as good as others on the market, only at a much lower price.

We do, however, need to point out that your original email was written in an extremely rude and aggressive manner. While we always welcome honest feedback, we expect communication to remain respectful on both sides. In our response, we were polite and tried to address your concerns as best we could.

To clarify the points you raised:

We sent three marketing emails over the course of 14 days, which is not an excessive amount.

Every email we send contains a working unsubscribe link, and customers can also adjust their preferences via their Shopify account.

You are now unsubscribed from our list, so whatever action you took worked successfully.

We understand that marketing emails aren’t to everyone’s taste, and we’ve made sure you won’t receive any more from us.

Thank you again for trying Re:gn, and we’re pleased you recognised the quality of the product itself.

Laundry sheets and Pearl balls.


I have purchased the laundry sheets several times and love them. Scented or unscented the choice is yours. The detergent Pearls I have also used - they come in a small 'sack' which you just remove from the washing machine when finished. I would definitely recommend both for a very satisfactory wash.

Outstandingly good customer service

Regn sent out our order quickly and we received it very promptly. What was even more impressive to me was the quality of their customer service. I realised today, two or three weeks after receiving our order, that an item appeared to be missing. I emailed the Regn team and within half an hour I had been emailed back and was offered some credit to my account to cover both the cost of a replacement item and its delivery. I've never had such an impressive level of customer service before, thank you! It's great to know that some companies still care about the customer.

repeated customer

I am a repeated customer and always been pleased with my purchases. It’s plastic free packaging, same day dispatch, great quality products with no harsh chemicals. The laundry sheets are my favourite ones - their price and the delicate scent made me a loyal fan :)

Finice dishwasher sheets if you like stains

Ordered some Finice dishwasher sheets based on the reviews and the results are horrible. My wash cycles are always on the highest temperature. All my dishes are full of stains, cutlery is greyish with marks, the mugs look like they have not been washed while I rinse all before loading them in the dishwasher. My filter is clogged and greasy and I clean it after each cycle.
I have tried using a full sheet and half of it is not dissolved. I have to run 3 cycles to get a mere clean load. At £12.99 I was expecting a better result.

In regards of the 6-Piece Plastic-Free Dish Scrubbing Brush Set, time will tell if they will last. The glass brush feels a bit flimsy. I am afraid to put pressure on it seems it feels like the brush is waiting to separate from the handle. The dish brush smelled horrible for few days, to the point I almost went through the hassle to return the product.

In terms of the reviews on their website, where are they coming from? Not been able to see where to leave them. Are they real?
