I purchased the light blonde piano color hairextensions, which were advertised to last at least 12 months. Unfortunately, the quality is extremely disappointing.

After only 4 weeks, the hair became matted, dry, stiff, and tangled. I use only very high-end, professional hair care products, yet no moisture penetrates the hair at all. It feels completely sealed.

It is obvious that the hair was heavily coated with silicone, which washed out quickly. Once the coating was gone, the true quality of the hair became clear. Although the seller insists the hair is “real” and suggests doing a hair test — yes, it may be real hair, but it is very low-grade, over-processed, and poorly treated.

This hair does not behave like high-quality Remy hair and is absolutely not suitable for long-term wear. A product advertised for 12 months should not fail after 1–2 months.

I do not recommend this product or seller.

It is one of the thinnest, flattest, and most seamless wefts I’ve ever used. I plan to do a custom root melt on them, and I can already tell it will be undetectable, even for fine or thin hair types. The quality is outstanding, with beautiful hair that washes well and the perfect color match. It’s double drawn, has zero return hairs, and is incredibly full from root to tip. Although I can't speak to the longevity yet, I am beyond impressed so far. I wish I had ordered all my extensions from this company because they truly exceed expectations.One more impressive detail: I ordered late on a Saturday, and the extensions were delivered the very next morning! If I could give a "0" star I could. I have bought better hair off Amazon. I have owned my own salon for over 7 years, and been a hairstylist for over 13, and worn extensions for over 10 years. I know how to take care of them, all that kind of stuff. I use only professional products on them, only wash once every like 10 days, and don't use a high heat when curling. And these were just awful! I would curl them, and by the time I would walk out of my bathroom to put my shoes on to go to work they would be straight, and by the time I drove the 20 minutes to work they would be so matted, tangled and flat, I had to wear them up. I would say the month that I had them (thats all they lasted btw before they were shedding so bad that the hair was coming out in clumps) in i wore my hair down maybe 7 times, because they wouldn't hold a curl and get so tangly. I had to either braid them or put them up in a ponytail. When I reached out to customer service about how bad the quality of the hair was, for the price I paid, she had EVERY EXCUSE as to why the hair and kept saying "we can make permanent curls in it for you" I didn't want them permed...telling me its the same quality as Bellami's, which I got a chuckle out of, as I can go 3 days without recurling my bellami hair. (which I will be going back to, just wanted to try other brands and support other brands) telling me that "because the weather is dry, we apply a lot of essential oils to our straight hair to keep them flexible and not dry or tangled, so this may be why the curls wont last long." then proceeded to tell me to apply hair oil to them, which i do, every morning and night. And to use more hairspray! I already had used every product I had, plus bought others to see if it would work. I ended up taking them out after about a month because it was just so bad, even my 7 year old daughter one morning asked "mom, are you going to work like that.." and I responded with "what do you mean?" and she said "your hair..have you combed it?" and I walked in the bathroom not 20 min after I had curled and styled it, how I normally would, and she was right, it was awful! I had to put it up. So like I said, I ended up taking them out and just throwing them away. And when I asked for my money back, it took weeks for anyone to get back to me and she said "I will have to speak to my manager" and she came back with a bs response about "investigated and collected feedback from other customers and they didn't have the same issue, our boss also asked the factory to do a test, using the curling iron and there was no situation like yours, your hair has already been used and can't be resold to another customer, so no refund will be given." So rather than standing behind their product, making sure their customers are happy, they simply only care about them making money, which is sad when a customer pays that much for poor quality hair. AGAIN, DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
