My parcel took 22 days to arrive using Relay. This is far longer than expected, with very poor delivery speed and little useful communication during the delay. Thankfully it eventually arrived, but the experience was frustrating. I would not choose Relay again unless there was no alternative

There are no humans to contact. Status of my parcel has changed from delivery today to âdelayedâ with no changes. No one to talk to. No option to divert to a store collection. The only way to contact someone is to email and they aim to reply in 72 hours. Not good enough. Iâd definitely steer clear of ordering from places that use this service.

Itâs annoying we donât have an option for zero stars. Or at least let us throw tomatoes at them and shout boooo because this is the worst. Iâve begged asos to stop giving them my delivery but they never listen. Any time they handle my order it never gets delivered till after 2-3 days. Today the came to deliver and I told them I went out because they came so late. Told the carrier it can be brought the next day and guess what? He returned it to ASOS. Now the items are sold out so I canât even order for another. Relay needs to be stopped. We canât continue like this

Again, only 1 star because you canât give any less. My flat is â back to front â with the garden gate adjacent to the road. 2 large signs on the gate telling people to use the other door, also a photo of front door on the Relay site. Despite this the courier opened the garden gate and dropped the parcel on the path. Wtf is wrong with people?

Been waiting two weeks still not arrived my sone has a costume party tomorrow was due to arrive 4 days ago courier had picked up. They now message me saying that it will be delivered between 21 July and the 26th a month longer I think they have lost my parcel will not use again

Trespassing delivery driver
Iâd loved to know why the driver thought he was appropriate to ring my doorbell, knock the letter and then OPEN MY FRONT DOOR all in the space of 30 seconds. I have the footage to prove this happened. What he didnât expect was my alarm system to announce my door was open & my partner being at the internal doorway! Having a child in the house and my door being opened was totally unacceptable, I want to take this further but no this shocking delivery firm have zero ways to contact them & if you find a way Iâm sure they couldnât care less. Absolutely disgusting!

All my of vinted parcels were sent back to their sellers as they were unable to be delivered to the shop? So disappointing. Also, the updates are bad and slow.
