Thought I'd try relay as they were the cheapest and new but they are the slowest delivery company I've ever used! It's been over a week and no updates when they said they should arrive by Saturday when I needed the item for. I also ordered something else with them which has actually arrived but they've sent me an unusable QR code so I can't even collect it!!! Do not use this company

WORST DELIVERY COMPANY
This company has got to be the worst delivery company ever. Sent me a text this morning asking for my safe place, which I gave them (behind wheelie bin) and they acknowledged. . I was actually sitting indoors when this delivery driver turned up, didnât even bother ringing the doorbell but threw my package up against the front door in full of a busy street, then had the audacity to take a photograph of my wheelie bin which is nowhere near my front door. Where do they get these clowns from?. I actually have evidence of this on my Ring Doorbell but can I get in touch with relay, no chance.

No ability to speak to a human when things go wrong + very poor parcel shop coverage (having to travel 4+ miles to the 'nearest' is too hard !!)
Honestly if eComm sites advise up front they are using Relay for last mile deliveries I'd avoid buying from them.

I havenât received my parcel keep sending me notifications to tell me my parcel is ready to collect but my parcel is not there, I just keep being told my parcel is missing. Worst delivery service I have ever have. Definitely not use this delivery service.

So surprised at all the negative reviews. My experience with relay has been excellent. Had several deliveries over a month and the communication and delivery has been brilliant.
Missing parcels
Had/having several issues with Relay delivering goods. Waited on a parcel that should have been delivered the end of May. After 2 supposed delivery attempts (people in waiting both times) it was then meant to be sent back to the sender. Tried to get support through Relay and had no reply at all, parcel not with sender yet either.
Now waiting on further deliveries through them from a different company. I am in the property waiting and next thing flashes up with failed delivery? They have not even attempted to deliver, again! Do they just say they've tried and keep the goods? Beginning to think they are a complete scam company tbh

When ordering my shein order, I pressed âurgent orderâ my parcel was supposed to arrive at mine at the 26th of June, however it was delayed and I revived it on the 27th of June. When I got home from work, I walked into my main corridor, as I live in a flat/apartment, my parcel was thrown into the middle of the main corridor instead of them attempting to place my parcel on the windowsill behind the window. Appalling service.

What's the point in giving a delivery time slot then changing it throughout the day? First notification said 10.25am - 2.25pm, 2nd notification said 3.10 - 7.10, 3rd said 4.10 - 8.10pm then final time slot 5.05 - 7.05pm. It was delivered at 5.34pm after I'd waited in all day. I didn't want to give a safe place for delivery as the last time I did that, they simply threw the package onto the front path, without even opening the gate!

I would give zero if I could. 3 deliveries all left outside, 2 got soaking wet. All 3 could have fit through the letterbox that was a couple of feet away. Customer service slow to respond. I've turned the service off on vinted account and won't order anything that offers them as a service.
Unsuccessful delivery with no driver
I was at home, sitting with the front door wide open, actually waiting for my package to come. The driver marked this delivery as âunsuccessful.â No knock, no ring, not even an attempt to deliver the parcel! There is no customer support to help you out, you are just left with a WhatsApp bot. I will never be using this company again, and would highly advise anyone else to reconsider working with them.

Vinted automatically used Relay for the first time for a parcel. My buyer went to collect it, and it has been water damaged in transit. Vinted wont investigate and Ive lost money. Can't get in touch with Relay. Disgraceful.
This is by far the worst company
This is by far the worst company. I have had many issue with them. They were to deliver my medication, lied about an attempt delivery my medication was to sit in 30 degrees in a hot van. Promised they would contact driver to get it delivered same day. Never showed up. When I sell on Vinted the amount of parcels that have gone âmissingâ and itâs only ever when a buyer selects them. I have now taken them off. No tik tok seller I have purchased from has used good old relay. It has been sat at my local sorting centre for three days and today delivery can not be attempted and itâs going back to Tik tok. This company are a bunch of crooks !! I wish people would stop using them!! I wish when ordering I could select not to have my stuff shipped through them .

Posted an item on 17 june 2026. I have the receipt send via email to say they have it. On the tracking says they received it 23 June. Untrue .
It is now 27 June and it has not been delivered n worse still. They have given themselves a delivery date UP TO 23 JULY.
For a small parcel going frim and to UK addresses.
Avoid likecl the plague!!!!!
