Awesome platform! Love the shorter installment option as compared to banks. Transactions were smooth. Hope to see Rely payment option in more online retail platforms!

I found the experience pleasant and hassle free, being a first time user of Rely. It was really simple, smooth and straightforward!

The interface not user friendly. I can't log in since I create the account, have to contact support to assist me. 4 payments every 2 weeks = paying half of the price in the first month and remaining half in the next month. I prefer HOOLAH, where we can pay in 3 installment for 3 months! And HOOLAH is more user friendly.

Rely interface was relatively simple and easy to use. The service itself is quite transparent, a lot of information like interest rate, date of deduction and late service charge are stated clearly. So far so good. Keep up the good work!
