Rely was a great and efficient experience. Indeed it was an easy transaction. Foremost the services are all good. I hope there are more store options available!

I am really thankful for the Rely payment method. It helps those that currently don’t own a credit card purchase by installment. The checkout was perfectly fine, no curious stuff just a proper authentication process. I hope Rely payment option will continue to be available and hopefully for even more items/products

Discovered it by chance and were a bit unsure if it a secured platform to use. Try out a small purchase with no issue and purchasing keep rolling thru this platform.

Felt cheated using this platform for payment. To be honest if it wasn't for the Qoo10 $15 Gift Card campaign I won't be using this installment platform. T&C stated that if we input the promo code and spend more than $75, Rely will email us the Gift Card redemption after 15 days but they did not. My first email to them checking on the status, replied was copying the whole T&C to me, fine. 2nd email sent, ask me to wait 3-5 working days for the respective team to revert and the reply after 5 working days was to wait another 3-5 working days! You can charge the payment instantly but reverting your existing customers need more than a week.
