Company was easy to order from, and remote works absolutely perfect. The only reason I did not give a 5 star is because the shipping and delivery took almost 2 weeks.

I bought a couple of remotes for my mom's tv. Her tv remote just suddenly stopped working. I found two replacements and it works on her tv. PERFECT! They were shipped great. Wrapped in bubble wrap and made sure not to bounce.

Terrible customer service I didn t get my tv remote and they insist and refuse to give me refund as the product was not received . I wi ll dispute it with my credit card company

good customer service! tried to email them about my inquiry and got their response in time. and finally got correct remote model that I was looking for it for a while!
