I bought a used Amplifier without remote control and the one I bout from Remote World was ready tor use and worked perfectly. Fast shipment as well.

The remote i got doesn't work for anything. The only thing that works is volume and power all other functions DO NOT WORK!!!!! Wouldn't recommend buying

Purchased a Remote for My Old Sony SACD Player in July 2026 which i received by post to Ireland Reasonably quickly When i received the Remote i followed the instruction which came in the packaging but there was no response which led me to believe the Remote is faulty , I have since sent three queries to see if anybody can help me ,but so far i have had no response. Not even a quick reply to say my query is being looked after. This is terrible customer support . !!

Am 29.Juli habe ich einen Reparaturauftrag für eine Fernbedienung RC 1 von Teufel beauftragt, die mit Bestellnummer 684883 bestätigt wurde. Nach Überweisung des vorab geforderten Betrages, i. H. v. 34,20 Euro, erfolgte mein Versand der Fernbedienung, unter Angabe der mitgeteilten Bestellnummer. Am 07. August erhielt ich erneut eine E-Mail, mit der mitgeteilt wurde, dass in meinem Warenkorb Produkte liegen und die Bestellung nicht abgeschlossen sei (völliger Unsinn)! Am 10. August wurde ich unter einer neuen Bestellnummer 690716 aufgefordert, nochmals 34,20 Euro zu entrichten. Weder auf fernmündliche Nachfragen, noch auf mehrere Hinweise per E-Mail, zur Korrektur und Richtigstellung meines Auftrages, hat Remote Stellung bezogen. Ich warte bis heute auf eine Begründung, warum meine Bestellung vom 29. Juli nicht erledigt wurde und ich nochmals 34,20 Euro, unter einer neuen Bestellnummer, bezahlen sollte! Es ist schon äußerst bedauerlich, wenn man nach einer Bestellung, solch eine Bewertung abgeben muss! Besser vorher zweimal überlegen, ob man solch einen Ärger nicht vermeiden kann!

I am very disappointed by the customer service. My order was never delivered and without any reason the carrier sent back my parcel to china. Since I send 5 emails to the customer service and they simply ignores me. I don’t recommend at all.

The remote I ordered did NOT replace all the buttons on the original remote, only half. Important buttons like volume up and down, channel up/down and the menu button do not work. The remote page promises that it replicates every button on the original remote! They did not respond to either email or support ticket either. Low effort company, didn't even bother to properly test the remote against the product, stay away!

complete scam. The item i ordered for my spesific amplifier dosent work, i send emails and opned tickets and i got no answer. stay away, its a scam website

El producto llegó a tiempo. El soporte tecnico no supo identificar el problema de incompatibilidad que yo si tenia claro. Con eso, empiezan a pedir que mandes correos con fotos, etc, cuando es evidente. La compra no me sirve y no voy a retornarlo porque aun me costará dinero

There was an issue with the remotes at first, but they were prompt at resolving the issue with a simple firmware patch. very efficient and the patch was very easy to use and fixed my problem.

The remote I ordered di not work at first. I contacted Remotes and they responded by email after several days. They researched my model Denon AVR 3200 and sent a link to reprogram the remote. One link was for IOS and the other was for Android. I could not get the IOS link to work and exchanged several more emails with Remotes. Eventually they went silent. After several more days passed I thought to try the Android link on an old Android tablet I still had. That link worked perfectly and after the update the remote works with my AVR.

Had some issues with functions and team worked thru it and got me fully working for my Rega Saturn.

The remote wasnt working initially, so I let RW.
They got back to me with instructions to remedy.
Now it works.
I only wish that the instructions were included with the remote.

Do not waste your time and more importantly your money with this bunch of con artists.
Advertise specific remote controls and then send you some £3.00 load of crap.
Tell you it will work if you program it.
Absolute nonsense, how can a remote for a TV work with a hifi system.

The remote was the only one I could find for my TEAC sound system. It work fine but for one function. I reported this to the vendor and they have been very persistent in finding a solution so that the remote now does everything I want it to. I would definitely recommend this vendor
