Great all around experience with Remotes World
I was so grateful to Remotes World for not only having the very unusual remote replacement we needed, but also for the extremely helpful and detailed tech help. I wasn't able to get the new remote to connect to our box at first, but the super responsive tech help provided me with detailed instructions and visuals. It works like a dream now. Fantastic all around service from Remotes World!

Parfait
J'avoue que j'avais peur de commander sur ce site.
J'ai donc payé via PAYPAL pour ne pas laisser ma CB.
Ensuite, tout s'est bien déroulé. J'ai été informée du suivi de ma commande, le chat est disponible en cas de question.
Et bonus la télécommande fonctionne parfaitement avec mon appareil.

Rien reçu après un mois
Un mois après avoir passé commande, je n'ai toujours rien reçu. En outre, craignant que le site soit frauduleux, ma banque a bloqué ma carte bancaire après l'achat.

Great product and service
I have a NAD D3020 amp and the one thing I have found frustrating is the NAD controller which is very poor. The remotes world alternative is fantastic and feels much more official than the NAD controller! At first it didn't work but remotes world had the problem sorted within 30 minutes with clear instructions

Unglaublich!!!
Habe am Sonntag kurz vor Mittag, 19.10.2024 eine FB für einen NAD 7100er per Paypal bezahlt und ca. 10 Minuten später darauf hingewiesen, dass auch bitte die aus meiner Sicht Richtigere der Beiden angebotenen und angeblich kompatiblen FB geliefert wird.
Es folgte per elektronischer Nachricht ein Code zum extrem umständlich nachräglichen Programmieren der gelieferten FB, damit sie das tun soll, wofür sie eigentlich angepriesen und bezahlt wurde.
Gestern kam natürlich die Falsche an.
Es folgte meinerseits eine Beschwerde, in der ich meinen Unmut kund tat, worauf heute die Erklärung für die falsch gelieferte FB kam.
Festhalten: die FB wurde angeblich am Sonntag, kurz vor Mittag, also 10 min. nach Bezahlung schon versendet, deshalb konnte der Bitte nicht Folge geleistet werden die aus meiner Sicht RICHTIGE zu liefern!
Noch Fragen?!
So, noch ein Anhängsel am heutigen Samstag, 2.November: Die Ware wurde am Montag zurück gesendet und ist nachweislich am Dienstag wieder beim Verkäufer eingetroffen. Keine Kontaktaufnahme, keine Rückzahlung!
Habe soeben einen Fall bei Paypal geöffnet...

Very poor product.
I ordered a remote for a Cambridge audio tuner amp, I now have multiple ways of adjusting volume, access to 4 of the 5 FM presets, (no access to am), and 3 mute buttons. I still have to get up to turn the radio off, as the power button does not work

Programming confusion
I had some confusion with programming the remote but they helped me out by giving directions which worked in the end.

Fernbedienung funktioniert nicht , Verkäufer macht nichts - das Geld ist weg für nichts . Das ist Betrug ! Erstattung wurde versprochen, aber nichts passierte.
