The best customer support
This company has the best customer support. Had some issues with the remote control and they did everything in their power to fix the problem and in the end they did. I talked to customer support for more than a month, so many times until they fixed all of my problems. The remote itself is of the same quality as my original Toshiba remote and all functions are working. I would definately recommend this company.

I ordered a remote control for over €60…
I ordered a remote control for over €60 and received a defective one. They do not respond to emails.
When I opened a case with PayPal, they offered to refund me €30 if I returned the item. So basically, I can either keep the broken remote control or send it back and only get half of my money back.
This is a complete scam. I have reported the matter to the police.

We are very sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the remote control and with the way the matter was handled.
However, we would like to clarify an important point regarding your PayPal claim. We did not offer you a €30 partial refund as a final resolution. We offered a full refund of the purchase price upon return of the remote control.
Unfortunately, we have still not received the returned parcel. Without receiving the item back, the return process cannot be completed and the refund has therefore not yet been issued.
We are certainly not trying to keep either the remote control or your money. If you still have the remote control, please return it to us and we will process the full refund as offered.
We are sorry that this situation has become so frustrating, and we would very much prefer to resolve it directly with you rather than through a dispute. We have also contacted you directly by email so that we can clarify the return and bring the matter to a proper conclusion.

Uwaga! Złodzieje!!!

Przesłany pilot nie współpracował z dedykowanym urządzeniem. Zdarza się.
Przysłali jeszcze jeden...i też nie działał.
Odesłałem oba, nie odebrali przesyłki, wróciła z powrotem do mnie (kolejne koszty). W dobrej wierze zawiozłem osobiście oba piloty do ich punktu w Chałupkach. Potwierdzili odbiór. Mija trzeci tydzień i mimo moich próśb nie zwrócili poniesionych kosztów.
Nie reagują na maile, nie odbierają telefonów.
Odradzam serdecznie!!!!

Szanowny Kliencie,
bardzo nam przykro z powodu Pana doświadczeń i przepraszamy za wszystkie niedogodności związane z tą sprawą.
Chcielibyśmy jednak wyjaśnić, że nie było naszym zamiarem ignorowanie Pana wiadomości ani zatrzymywanie należnych Panu pieniędzy. Oczywiście, jeżeli pozostają wobec Pana jakiekolwiek nierozliczone koszty, chcemy tę sprawę niezwłocznie wyjaśnić i zakończyć.
Potwierdzamy również, że oba piloty zostały przez nas ostatecznie odebrane w naszym punkcie w Chałupkach.
Skontaktowaliśmy się z Panem bezpośrednio drogą e-mailową, aby ustalić wszystkie szczegóły dotyczące zwrotu oraz poniesionych przez Pana kosztów. Chcemy osobiście zająć się tą sprawą i znaleźć rozwiązanie, które będzie dla Pana satysfakcjonujące.
Jeszcze raz przepraszamy za powstałe komplikacje i za to, że cała sprawa trwała znacznie dłużej, niż powinna.

Very good experience with costumer’s service! I ordered 2 remotes, one was good, connected to tv, instantly the other had a issue, they exchanged the second very fast, within few days! And the remotes are very good quality.
