Wrong remote was fast replaced by right one
I bought online a remote control for my aplifier JVC of 20 years old. After 2 weeks I received a remote but it was for a beamer and did not work on my amplifier. So I contacted Remotes-world and they replied fast and apologized for sending the wrong remote control. I had the choice to receive my money back or receive the correct remote. I chose for the remote and they sent it within 2 more weeks and I could keep the other remote for free. Now the new remote works perfect and I am very happy with Remotes-world

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam
Ik heb de controller besteld en deze was vrij snel geleverd. Bij het testen werkte de controller eerst niet. Hierna na ik contact op met de klantenservice waarna ik heel snel werd verder geholpen. Na twee min was de controller opnieuw geactiveerd en werkte deze zoals het moet.

2 Failed deliveries
2 Failed deliveries. Now they are not even responding to my emails. First paid for in May 2021, it's now September 2021. Not sure where the trouble lies here whether it's Remotes World or the postal service they use. If it is the postal service/courier then they have internal security problem. Consider this when ordering from this company. I'm down about AU$30.00
I'm happily changing my review to 5 stars for Remotes World. They are doing the best they can, they acknowledged my problem and refunded. The fault is with postal system. Be careful with the shipping you select. thank you remotes world.

You have chosen delivery without tracking. We do not know where the parcel is. We are unable to verify whether you had received the package. We suggest that you contact your local post office. If the parcel is not delivered then it will return back to the sender. We will issue a refund as soon as we receive the returned package.

Eine für RC340 bestellt, hat leider nicht gepasst, mir wurde schnell geholfen. Bekam einen Code für Programmierung, 3 Sekunden später hat es gepasst. Bin sehr zufrieden
