We want to assure you that we sell 100% pure human hair extensions, and as such, each bundle is unique in terms of texture, softness, and other attributes. If you are not satisfied with the texture of your recent order, we encourage you to contact us at contact@remyandvirgin.com. We would be happy to assist you with an exchange, allowing you to select bundles that better meet your preferences, provided the product is returned in an unused and unaltered condition.

Please note that we do not require our customers to keep any products they are not satisfied with for any reason. Our product page clearly states:

“Due to the raw nature of our hair, the texture, pattern, and color tone may vary from bundle to bundle. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any specific styles or patterns, as we only sell natural textures that are unaltered and unprocessed.”

We also recommend adding any specific preferences in the order notes at checkout. Our fulfillment team will make every effort to accommodate your requests; however, please be aware that certain desired wave patterns or ringlets may require proper styling and products.

We did not find any notes in your order section, nor did we receive any prior communication from you regarding this issue. We invite you to reach out to us so we can work together to resolve this matter.
