The employee at the desk was super


The employee at the desk was super nice, sent me the contract rules by email and provided a car in a few minutes. I signed the contract. She said she has to make pictures of the car. She even mentioned that the car has some signs of previous accidents and that for this reason she has to include this point in her report before she gives me the keys of the car. I didn't ask to see the pictures she had made. We had four days of a super wonderful holiday in Crete, the car (a little Hyundai) was super and i was really happy with it. At the moment of giving back the car, they said that there are two signs of accidents on the car. They show me the pictures taken before i started the rental, and the signs were not in the pictures. Why? Obviously because the pictures were taken months before. So i had to pay 885 euro of damages, which i did with absolutely no problem. However, they also want me to sign a declaration to explain how i did the accident. This i didn't want to do because i hadn't do any accident. So they became very angry and argued a lot. But i had to take my plane 40 minutes after, so i didn't bother to try understanding why they were so angry after i had paid 885 euro and they obviously should have known that there was no reason to pay. Still i give 5 stars because the car and the island were super good and i had been too stupid not asking to see the pictures in the day of the rental, it was my first time renting a car and i will certainly know it the next time. I also give 5 stars because i am so sad of the two employees being so angry, i hope with this they will read it and smile again and tell themselves that their life and job are not so bad as they seem to believe, after all

Vehicle Inspection & Photos: While we always aim to take up-to-date photos of each vehicle before every rental, during peak season, we sometimes rely on previous sets of images when damage has not changed. However, our team is instructed to update the report when visual damage is observed at check-out, and any discrepancies should be clearly communicated and documented.

Damage Responsibility: In cases where new damages are discovered at return and not listed in the check-out report, we are obliged to charge for repairs, as per the rental agreement. We understand your concern about signing a declaration, but this is simply a formality required by our insurance provider to document any damage, regardless of fault or how it occurred.

Your Attitude and Kindness: Despite this difficult moment, your empathy and generosity in giving 5 stars speak volumes about your character. Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend.

I rented a car with the so-called "Platinum" insurance, which was supposed to cover the underneath of the vehicle. After a minor dent to the rocker panel, the company withheld the full €350 deposit without offering any clear explanation or justification from the insurer. When I asked for clarifications, they responded aggressively and cut off communication. Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend.

Thank you for giving us once again the opportunity to publicly clarify the facts of this case.

The customer selected the Platinum Insurance package, which includes coverage for underbody, wheels, and glass, with a reduced excess of €350. As clearly outlined in our rental terms—available both prior to and during the booking process—this is not a zero-excess policy. In the event of damage, the customer is responsible only for the pre-agreed excess amount, while the remaining costs are covered by the insurer.

In this specific case, the damage occurred to the rocker panel, an external part of the vehicle’s bodywork. The extent and nature of the damage were evaluated by an independent certified expert (WEDAT.EU). In accordance with the insurance terms, only the €350 excess—already pre-authorized as a deposit—was withheld. The full cost of the repair exceeded this amount and was covered by the insurance company.

To be absolutely transparent, we provided the customer with all relevant documentation, including:

The Incident Report

The Police Report

The Certified Damage Assessment

Additionally, we engaged in 14 email exchanges with the customer to explain the process, share documentation, and provide full support. Therefore, any claims of receiving “no explanation” or of “cut-off communication” are entirely unfounded and false. We can prove this with full written records.

Unfortunately, after the customer’s request for a refund of the €350 excess was denied, we observed what appears to be a coordinated campaign of misleading and defamatory reviews across multiple platforms by the customer and associated individuals. This case has already been forwarded to our Legal Department for legal action, and we are treating the matter with full legal seriousness. We explicitly reserve all legal rights to defend our company and staff against false, malicious, or defamatory statements.

We strongly encourage all customers to carefully read the terms of their selected insurance coverage before completing a booking. Great car, great experience

I rented a nice and comfortable Toyota Yaris, couldn't say anything bad ! The car was clean, new with surprisingly very little kilometers compared to usual rental companies. Service was amazing and there is always someone on case of assistance needed ! Recommend 100% !

Crete car rental

When I was looking to rent a car in Crete this was the most cost effective option. I tried looking online for reviews, and did not see anything about this company. I then asked a friend who is from Crete about this company and they told me they were trustworthy.
Now that I experienced renting from them, I can honestly say that the whole rental agreement when smoothly.
Just want to point out that they dislike the car to be dirty in the outside due to going off road. One of the main attractions of Crete is Balos beach, and it’s about 7-8 km of rocky road with no pavement. And that’s when the car got most dirty (dusty/Sandy in the outside).
I was lucky enough that the guy receiving the car, was kind and understanding that we come here to explore everything, and he did not charge me an extra 20-30€ for extra clean up. So, my recommendation is for you guys to be mindful, enjoy your holiday, and if you also go off road, you may expect an extra charge for the clean up.
