Great service

Rented a Toyota Fortuner from Rent Connected for 5 days. The car belonged to Thai Rent a Car. The rate was better at Rent Connected. The car quality however should be improved. The suspension was hard… the shock absorbers were dead on this 10x,xxx km car. The remote control barely worked. The auto door lock did not work. Otherwise it was satisfactory. Will try again.

Great service ever, super responsive and punctual team.

Be careful when they offer you a refund after cancel the booking, they will never refund such money.
They made me cancel my booking since I want to change my booking dates. After cancel the booking they don’t refund my money.

Easy to reserve a car, convenient and fast, good service

Scam company, wouldn't give me the car I booked because I wanted to go to a different city with it but could give me a more expensive car that was double the price for the journey no problem at all. Left standing in the carpark with no other choice than to pay more because I had my 4 month old daughter with me and I needed the car right then. Just wanted more money out of me will never use again

Excellent service! From getting information to booking and travel all was simple and very professional. The van was clean and comfortable and the driver was very experienced. I will definitely use this company again in the future and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a hassle and worry free experience.

Rent for seven days, somehow after two days the car no air conditioning , they immediately change another car from Bangkok to Pattaya,excellent service and rental fee resonatal.
