Brilliant service. Was able to book at last minute and both pick up and drop off were very well organised, right to our home. Excellent value for money as the car was exactly what we ordered and was in excellent condition. Brilliant service from start to finish.

When return the car, the owner take very long time to check and try to find a little scratches and also not prepare deposit to return. I almost miss my flight due to waiting him to process car checking and have to follow up my deposit.

Was a great experience to rent from these guys! Suv we rented was very clean inside and out. The language barrier can be hard but that's my fault not theirs. Best way to communicate is via a messaging app or through email. The rental prices were the best I found and the additional charges "we had to have an after hrs drop-off" was very fair! Overall a great experience!

Rented a Toyota Yaris for my family of 5 from 30 Jan 2023 to 4 Feb 2023 (5 days). RentConnected staff was very responsive through email enquiries prior to the actual rental date and usually replied within 1 day or even within hours. The booking procedures were very easily could be completed within 5 minuts. We chose ASAP car rental company via RentConnected about 1 week prior to the trip, the price on RentConnected was the most budget compared to other platform given to the tight timeframe and also allowed us to have additional driver for free and guaranteed a newer car for rent as well as having options of SDW at a relatively low price (~1000 bhats for 5 days) which came very cruicial to us as we had a small accident on the very first day and there were damages caused to the car needed to be sent back to car rental place and needed to be replaced by another car to continue our journey and the SDW saved us a fortune. We also highly recommended ASAP car rental as their staff are very nice at airport and in the back office, very responsive to our situation after the accident, despite it took us 6 hours to have the new car replaced, we understood they had tried their best consider the traffic in Bangkok. It was worth to note that the insurance company of the SDW offered by RentConnected was also very responsive too, the agent came to the accident spot in the middle of the road within 30mins and then had the car sent back by the trailer track. As for ASAP, their staff also did their very best to have the new car replaced and upon the return of the car on the last day, they also helped us to find the car parking lot which the entrance was a bit difficult to locate if you are not familiar with the BKK airport roadmap. Both cars ASAP provided was super new both in the interior and exteriors with very little scratches. It also fits my family of 5 adults very well with 3 small suitcases and two backpacks. All in all, I do recommend Rentconnected and ASAP car rental with full insurance SDW to every one who is intended to have a self-driving trip in Thailand.
