App is very easy to use. Wide selection of cars from well known brands. Reasonable price with great service. Good car condition.

The car was very old and very dirty both inside and outside. You should clean it before deliver to customers.

Everything is good, the car is in good condition, easy to drive.
A minor problem with the brakes is that make noise while braking.

Rented for 5 full days. Vendor was Elephant siam car rental.
Car rented was exactly the same as what was shown on the rentconnected portal. There wasn't any short change and the car was relatively neat and clean. On top of that, the car comes with bluetooth with USB functions.

The application is very easy to use. It is the only car rental site that allow me to pick up the car from Samui Nhatorn port and return at the airport. (maybe other car rental site might allow me too but the location hasn't shown on the site)

No extra charge for retiring different place!

This is my third rental from Rent Connected. Car offered was not the same as booked. Booked a HRV but was bumped up to a CRV instead. Although it was a heavily used car with 140000km mileage, the interior was clean and doesn't seemed heavily used. Mechanicals of the car was satisfactory at best as there were issues with the suspension or shaft bearing (I am not a professional mechanic). Don't think it poses safety issue though.

As an agent, rent connected had done well in offering reasonable pricing and ensuring good car rental experience to customers. Response was prompt as well.

Having said, it will be better if you are able to audit your suppliers for the ranges of cars offered.

Generally satisfied with Rent-Connected and I will be renting from you again for my subsequent trips to Thailand.
