My experience with Rent London has been a nightmare. After facing a serious situation that required us to vacate our property on police advice, we repeatedly contacted Rent London for assistance with the tenancy. Despite numerous emails and calls, they failed to respond or provide any meaningful help for months. When we did manage to get a response, by Darrel Kwong, we were dismissed. Our situation has been ignored completely and we have just been repeatedly told we were “breaking the contract” by requesting termination, despite having no choice but to leave and move far away. He is condescending, unprofessional and rude.

Darrel Kwong claimed the landlord would be worse off financially if the tenancy was terminated early, ignoring the fact that we had to leave for our safety. Additionally, our stay was plagued with property issues such as leaks and flooding, which Rent London were terrible at sorting. We were also promised professional cleaning and repainting before moving in, which never happened.

Adding to our frustration, every time we contacted Rent London, we were repeatedly told they are in communication with the tenants still residing at the property, despite these individuals being the cause of our departure and our repeated requests to be removed from the tenancy.

Rent London's handling of our situation has been negligent and unprofessional. Their lack of responsiveness and disregard for our safety and well-being is appalling. We now have no choice but to take legal action to resolve this matter.

If the landlords knew how poorly Rent London treats their tenants, they would not be in business.

Avoid Rent London at all costs.

Easy communications, very helpful find a place to rent for me.

Frankie the estate agent was very good, found us exactly what we were looking for, organised a virtual viewing etc.

The flat was in very good condition, new build and high spec.

Frankie was always contactable for any questions and dropped the keys off at my work which was great.

The move out process was seamless (we haven’t received our deposit yet) but i trust it will be a smooth process like everything before that.

They also have a great portal online for reporting maintenance issues etc.

Hat off to Frankie, also his colleague Pinkie was lovely.

This is the second time I find a property online, the first time didn’t give me really good experience but luckily I have a good agent this time. Wing have good patient and stand from tenant side think about problem, everyone can trust him totally. Good experience in RentLondonFlat!

Thank for Wing‘s help. He helped me find a lovely apartment. There were some issues after moving in, but they were quickly resolved for me.

Our review is based on renting since 3.5 years with them.

Most of their staff don’t think outside the box.

IF they reply to your e-Mail - after you chased them several times -, their answers are just very vage.
I assume they are not trained well.

“You pay cheap you get cheap”.

It took us over 2 months to get a renewal of our tenancy agreement. Landlord doesn’t care at all. Never meet her.

On the High Street we signed our tenancy agreement always in 3 days.
We have decades of experience with High street branches.

One of their staff - Mr Darrel Kwong - replied to me “because you have rented with us before you should know …”

Mr. Kwong, you are representing a company.

Unprofessional and appalling attitude.

1. Please do not call me in order to ask to change my review like you did with my husband today,

2. Stop calling and harassing my husband or myself or leave voicemails regarding our review.

My current property is currently helped and serviced by RLF. They follow up the service well and understand the needs of the guests/customers/clients. Frankie, who has helped me follow up on the leasing matter, has given a good and professional service. He is a sincere and attentive person. He went through the services closely to ensure task completion was done properly. I feel appreciated for their services.
