They drilled holes in our spa pipes,was hoping to use over Xmas break. Didnt fill some of the holes they drilled. 2 guys came to do the treatment, one was called away, I felt it was a very rushed job, that is why mistakes were made. Very disappointing, I recommended a client of mine to Rentokil but they have not contacted her.

Yearly inspection
We had our yearly inspection today at 13 Lodge Ave Old Toongabbie 2146
Your 2 men who introduced themselves to us Sean and Cooper both had excellent customer service and were very polite in everything they did.
Due to weather only the inside areas were inspected and sprayed.
You should be very proud to have employees like them both.

Ali is amazing
AS he comes in he comes and sees me and asks me if any concerns
He then goes to the QA team and does the same thing
As he is doing in job if any concerns he verbal advises and keeps all staff in communication and send photos of area and always gives his recommendation on things that need to be auctioned.
He is very efficient and polite
wish all staff conducted site visits the same was as Ali
Asset to your company.

Our recent experience with Rentokil was…Happy customers
Our recent experience with Rentokil was at first not so good because some aspects of inspection and barrier treatment were not done properly, however, when we brought it to the company's attention, Rentokil were genuinely concerned and, to their credit, were quick to rectify the situation with a complete and thorough re-inspection and re-treatment of the property. We were very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend their services.

I constantly have problems with the admin department, messages are not passed on, phone calls not returned, and they do not listen to what I say. There also seems to be a lack of communication between departments.
