SCAMMERS!! They stole 55 weekly from my mother after saying it was only going to be a $2 charge! DONT FALL FOR THIS DUMB SITE. They also refused to reimburse or try to help at all, horrible customer service

Hoy recibí un cobro automático de $150.000 COP por parte de Rentola sin autorización clara para la renovación de una suscripción. El servicio no ha sido utilizado después del cargo. Ya envié solicitud de reembolso al soporte y espero una solución rápida antes de escalar el caso ante autoridades de protección al consumidor.

​Pésima experiencia. Cancelé mi suscripción a tiempo y, aun así, me hicieron un cobro de 150.000 COP sin mi consentimiento. Lo más grave es que el sitio web no permite eliminar el método de pago, obligándote a mantener tus datos financieros expuestos. Es una práctica abusiva y poco transparente.
