Avoid this company at all costs. My partner and I used RepairAid to fix a fault with our dishwasher. A few months later, the exact same issue occurred, despite RepairAid replacing the initial part (at a VERY high price!). When this same issue occurred, RepairAid refused to repair it for free, even though the new part was under warranty and clearly not fit for purpose in the first place. On top of this, they were thoroughly unpleasant to deal with throughout our follow ups. We would strongly discourage anyone from using their services if you want quality repairs, decent customer service, and a good price as they offer absolutely none of these things. We would leave 0/5 stars if we could.

Utter waste of money. Had a faulty washing machine and the âtechnicianâ proclaimed after 30 seconds that it was a âbig problemâ that needed spare parts he didnât have. Left after 3 minutes without any indication when the problem would be fixed. Still charged me £84. Rude and unprofessional. Wonât be using them again.

Friendly staff are professional, efficient and Covid-safe. I would highly recommend this service.

Very reliable. Turned up when they said and fixed the problem. Competitively priced. Highly recommended.

I was very satisfied with repair job. Appointments and payments were well organised. Engineer was polite and efficient. Office staff were also helpful. I would recommend Repair Aid.

This is the second time I have used Repair Aid's services. Both times the engineer turned up within the allocated time and phoned me a short while beforehand. He managed to repair my washing machine the first time and I was only charged for the call out. The second time he told me the machine was on its way out and it would be better to replace it soon. I had asked them to email me details of possible replacements but unfortunately they weren't able to find the one I wanted. There was no pressure to buy at any stage. I am happy to recommend their services.

Did the job well. Price was as quoted. Happy!

We paid the £84 fee for Repair Aid to check out our broken wine cooler. The engineer was with us for less than 5 minutes and said the compressor was faulty and they would quote for the repair. I had to chase for this quote and to my astonishment it was £510 for a wine cooler that costs around £310 to buy new! We were told the fee covered parts and the testing required! This is such a con and I only wish Iâd looked on Trust Pilot before using this company. Iâm sure if they add a response it will say about using only reputable parts but they could simply provide a new wine cooler and be £200 in pocket - what an absolute rip off!!

Repair Aid London Ltd ããã®åç
Fast to respond and solved the problem very well. Good value.

Repair Aid London Ltd ããã®åç
Great service, engineer knew what the fault was and repaired it very fast with no fuss.

Repair Aid London Ltd ããã®åç
It was very disappointing because the company approach seems to be that the engineer makes a 'report' rather than attempts any repair for the standard £84 call-out fee. That is not made clear when the fee is taken and should be. He looked at my washing machine for around 4 minutes, and made no attempt at diagnosis of the actual fault I reported. This could easily have been done on the phone. I have received neither follow-up 'report' nor any quote for repair.
Totally agree with the negative reviews. A reasonable call out cost but totally inflated parts cost. Engineer said my Miele fridge freezer needed a new compressor and was leaking gas. Said they could repair it but wouldnât, give a warranty because of the gas leak. Cost of the repair was over £750 and was told it was cheaper to replace with an Indesit model.

Repair Aid London Ltd ããã®åç
Avoid this company as a compete rip off.
They may have a reasonable call out charge BUT
the quote for the part was highly inflated .
When I phoned for the exact part number required they would not tell me.This is basic info they should know .
They quoted over £630 for a fan motor that should be max £200. according to the manufacturer and even then it could of been a more basic part .

This was my first time using this company, I found on google! It was for a Bosch Washing machine. I spoke with a nice lady name Nina, she was very professional, I told her my issue and I got an appointment for an engineer to come and have a look. He was very pleasant, found the issue and ordered what was needed. I then spoke with another nice lady Emma , she was very helpful and kept me informed regarding my order!! The same engineer came back with the part that was needed !! And now my washing machine is running smoothly again!! Thank you to the engineer who was quick and efficient!! Great company , will be using them again!!

After coming across their website, I decided to try this company to repair a Siemens dishwasher at a rental property which was not cleaning properly. The first visit by a technician led to a hasty misdiagnosis, and I became concerned when after the revisit I was advised that door parts needed to be replaced and these parts -- coming from a distributor -- seemed to be overpriced. The firm agreed to install parts directly from the manufacturer -- which were approximately half the price -- if I ordered them. This is what happened with no additional labour charges, and the tenant reports after a week that no further issues have been experienced. Overall the price worked out better than if I had gone directly to Siemens for the repair. There was too much administration involved on my side with emails and phone calls, however I was impressed that in the end they did make good on the earlier error and their customer services manager Emma Todd was professional and responsive throughout. So I will try Repair Aid again when another appliance fails, whilst encouraging them to develop technician initial fault-finding skills, and also to source parts directly from manufacturers when these are better priced. With such actions, I can imagine being able to give a 5 star review.
Lots of mixed reviews here. The good ones seemed suspiciously good so I was a bit anxious after I'd booked a visit. I can only say they worked really well for me. They were polite and efficient on the phone, arranged a time to visit my tenant's flat fairly promptly, and replaced the broken part. Not the cheapest service so 4* but a good service that dealt with my faulty oven efficiently.
Totally agree with all negative reviews for this company. especially the pricing of parts. had them out yesterday for broken handle on washer/dryer engineer was here 3 mins. Nice bloke but nothing he could do without parts. told me that customer service should've asked for make and model number and sent him with parts as it was obvious what the problem was, I'd broken the handle! Handle supplied in kit form from Hotpoint £19 Repair Aid want to charge £36! told them no. They said if I supply the part they would fit it but give no warranty. Like other customers lost faith in this very dodgy company ordered part it's here tomorrow will fit it myself. Feel they took £84 for nothing!
We asked this company to repair our dishwasher 5 weeks ago. They said the heat pump had broken and that the replacement part had a 1 year warranty. The dishwasher stopped working again 2 days ago. We called them back and they came out to see it. They said the pump had gone again but it was not faulty, it was due to the filters being blocked. If they think that a filter to can blocked to that extent in 5 weeks, they must take me as an idiot.
I have not paid for another repair and I will be taking them to the small claims court.
They are quite obviously dodgy at the VERY least and I would avoid using them at all costs.
