The floor looks like new and Nick did a great job. There were lots of corners (kitchen isle in the middle of the room) which he had to sand by hand, and even that was done very well.

Initial communication was easy.

Not dust-free - sanding companies claim that the machines are dust-free but that’s not the case. I’m sure that’s not an issue that’s specific to this company. Also only really an issue if there are non-movable things standing around (like in a kitchen).

Nick and his team were not only incredibly friendly, polite and punctual, but were really nice people to work with. Ivan the foreman worked hard, and did a great job with his helping hands on site. Very relieved to see it looking as good as brand new again. I also found the customer service team to be responsive, and kindly helpful over the phone.

Nick's communication was excellent, and his team perfectly captured the vision I had in mind. Our Victorian pine floorboards were a very stained white, and Ivan and the team completely transformed the space, making our home feel much brighter and airier.

Ivan and the team were incredibly meticulous, and clearly skilled craftsmen. They kept everything clean throughout the process and delivered exceptional results. Ivan explained everything as he went along and was clearly passionate about what he does.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this floor sanding company to anyone seeking to revive their wooden floors!

Ivan did a great job of our floors, which look brilliant now. Ivan also took care to explain what he was doing and how to maintain the floor going forward. Altogether a very good experience!

Nick was very clear and helpful when we booked the work. Ivan and Milena did a tremendous job on our floor. They were thoughtful, efficient and a pleasure to have in the house. Our original Victorian boards had been painted over and were in a sorry state; they are now smooth and glowing.

ReSand provided a quick and efficient quote for sanding my flooring. The contractor arrived on time, was very polite and friendly. The work was carried out over 2 days and I was delighted with the level of finish. Their work transformed my floors and they looked brand new again. The guidance provided was excellent and Nick was always there for support or questions.

When looking for different contractors and companies to sand and restore the pine hardwood floor boards of my house only one of the five different quotes I had stood out because of their honesty and integrity. I had asked for sealing the floorboard gaps and the main reason why I decided to move forward was because Nick very kindly explained the benefits and risks involved, and provided a more cost efficient, effective and simple solution. Because of their honesty and ensuring I spent my money wisely, I decided to go ahead with them.

I am very pleased with the job Ivan did. His passion for the job, knowledge, dedication and care really comes through in the work he did, going for the extra mile. Ivan worked along side carpet fitters, electricians and several furniture deliveries having respectful conversations to work together and preventing inconveniences so each could do their job without any issues at all. It was very reassuring and impressive how fast he was able to adapt to changing conditions and any challenges. He was very respectful of the property and accommodating. The trade needs more people like him with a feeling of pride for the job they do.

I really think floors never looked this good. Maybe even better than more than 100 years ago.

Overall, as a customer I felt heard from my thousand and one questions regarding finishes, gap filling, process, logistics and maintenance. We felt very well taken care of with all the moving pieces, respected as a customer at all times and involved in the process.

Nick and his team were brilliant, very helpful and knowledgable, professional and hard working. They managed to squeeze us in just before Christmas and finished the job in several days. We are absolutely over the moon with the results it has completely transformed our living room. We would 100% recommend ReSand to anyone thinking of using them and most definitely use them again if needed.

Quick and efficient with good quality finish

Nick & team did a good job on our maple flooring. We're looking to them for another job we have coming up; and we'd be happy to recommend them.

Our old worn out and mismatched parquet flooring was transformed!
Nik and the boys couldn't do enough for us, spending time to explain what they were doing and why.

Nick and his company gave me good sound advice on my flooring and the original block parquet flooring looks as good as new. The colour is just what i wanted and the price was reasonable. All in all I'm very happy.

I have a living room and kitchen with the original floorboards: unfortunately there were gaps, nails coming through and some deep gouges. Nick advised me on what he thought would be the best course of action and I took his advice. The floor now looks stunning and is much easier to clean.
His price was reasonable and he stuck to it. He kept me informed, sent photos (I wasn’t around when he did the work) and left the flat in good order. If I need further floors redoing, Nick will be my first port of call. I would highly recommend him.

Very professional

We have had an engineered oak floor which was was worn and tired. Nick came to assess the job and explain the entire process and then his team did the job with minimum disruption.
They were at all times professional and punctual and it was pleasure to have them in our house.
The floors now looks unbelievable , it is like having basically brand new floors, as all the marks and dents etc (some were really bad), have been removed !
If you are considering having work done then this company is the answer!

Nick and Ivan did an amazing job with changing our floors from a dark, orangey colour to a modern light colour, which has completely transformed the look and feel of our new house! The process of working with them was fantastic and they answered all our questions promptly and informatively. 10/10 would recommend
