I can’t recommend Nick & his team enough! My floors were in pretty bad condition and another floor company said they were too bad to bother… they were basically black and covered in paint and now they look absolutely GORGEOUS. I’m thrilled. Nick was great at communicating and the job was finished to a very high standard. 10/10 recommend

Nick and Ivan were absolutely fantastic, so professional, kind, trustworthy, on time, hard working. They did a beautiful job that took several days and wasn’t easy, but they did it flawlessly. They always communicated clearly and even looked after my daughter who was home sick. Highly highly recommend!!!

I would happily recommend ReSand to my friends and will contact ReSand again for future work. The communication throughout the process was clear and reassuring. Nick always answers our questions timely and with patience. Nick and his team Evan are friendly. They also appear efficient in doing the work. The floor looks great after sanding and varnishing, meeting if not exceeding my expectations. It is also worth mentioning that they spent few extra hours to help us solve some unexpected issues to clean the floor, without any complaint.

People: You gotta use this guy! I found Nick online after posting an ad as i had been let down at the last minute.
Nick responded within minutes of the ad going live, i sent him a description of what needed doing along with photos and a video. Nick came back to me withoin the hour with an estimate which was very reasonable.
Nick was scheduled to carry out the work while i was on holiday and was beeing looked after by my assistant Louis.
They turned up on time, were professional at all times and the finished job was astounding. Nothing else i can say however if you want to see his work id be happy to show you what he did for us. Thanks Nick, job well done.

Nick and his team were simply fantastic. It was clear from speaking with Nick that wooden flooring restoration is his passion and that he really takes pride in his work. His attention to detail set him apart from other tradesmen I have met. In terms of the workmanship of the finished job it was excellent. I was blown away by the speed and cleanliness of his work. He sanded and sealed 48sq metres of flooring with two steps in a day. His machines collected 99% of the dust and so there was hardly any dusting required after. I highly recommend Nick and I’m sure you will not be disappointed by his outstanding service and work.

Nick was very responsive and provided a clear comprehensive quote including prices for any additional services that we might request .

He gave advice and pros and cons for each option so we were fully informed.

Overall we are extremely happy with the process and the final results. The chaps who actually did the job (Ivan and Adam) were really nice guys and it was a pleasure to have them at our house.

We would highly recommend ReSand to anyone who needs their floor redone!
Nick also provided advice of how to maintain and prolong the lifespan of our floors, to help keep our investment in great condition after the job was complete.

Outstanding results

Initially, I had already found a different wooden floor sanding company, but when i decided to do some more work in my house including some quite complex floor renovations, i’ve contacted ReSand.co.uk and they provided me with a much more comprehensive quote and a real personal customer service from start to finish of the job.
I felt in a good hands!

They even gave me a free floor cleaning kit and advicedme of how to maintain the excellent appearance of my newly renovated floors.

My floors look great, Nick did a great job and a was very professional, answered all my questions, he accommodated lane not being in the country as he was working in my flat, the floors look great! And love the humour !

I am so grateful to have found Nick and Ivan to renovate our floorboards - from start to finish, they both went over and above to both keep us informed and finish our floor to the highest standard. This is the second property they we have had the pleasure of their work, and would not hesitate to recommend or use again! Thank you for our beautiful sanded pine floors!

Blown away with the result!

Nick and Ivan have been superb and did two big jobs for us. They managed to juggle their busy schedules to fit us in and it was a perfect experience throughout. We were given total piece of mind that the result would be good and it was so much better than we had expected. We weren't living at the property and were not able to clear the room as we would have liked too but Ivan just did it on his own without mention of it. He is such a perfectionist that he stayed till 8pm one evening to finish what he had started that day. Would give more stars if I could!

Nick and his team were brilliant. They arrived on time, were highly professional and did an amazing job of refreshing our floorboards - the quality of the work was extremely high. Very reasonable price too. They kindly managed to fit us in at short notice and went above and beyond to complete the work in one day which we really appreciated as we had family arriving the next day. They provided us with care and cleaning instructions and even left us some felt pads for our furniture. We are incredibly happy with our new floor and would absolutely recommend Nick and his team.

I found Resand on Trustpilot and Nick and his team were able to come and resand our badly stained floor very quickly. It was a very simple process of getting a quote by sending photos and a rough plan and he explained the whole process clearly. We are delighted with the end result.

What a great experience we had with Nick and his team!
We just purchased a house and needed all of our floors redone. We had just our floors left to do and were wanting to move in within a week time.
Nick came, assessed the job and rearranged his schedule so we can have them done in time for us to move in..
