Purchased Calm and Rebuild Dark Chocolate & Hazelnut to fuel long distance trail runs and refuel after training. Tastes great, very easy to order and arrived promptly and well packaged.

Amazing tasting product, will be back for more!

I use the Energise & Rebuild before workouts, football and cricket. As a 50+ year old man, I need all of the help I can get! I like the boost it gives me to sustain performance, and it is actually tasty.

I use Calm & Rebuild in the evening afterwards to help with recovery.

You may need hydration at the same time - othwise it can take a little time to fully ingest
