I bought two products and loved them. I have chosen the Energise version as I really like to get a boost in the morning from a cup of coffee and this product has caffeine so I was wide awake and energised while also enjoying the taste of the spreads. Recommended.

Wow, so I’m an ultra distance runner, climber and road cyclist and often found nutrition a problem. Often too bulky, full of excess sugar and really not what my body needed.

Then I found Resilient Nutrition (Rn). They are back by science and are exactly what the body needs. I never leave home without the pouches which are easy to stow and even easier to use.

I use Rn pre work out, during workout and the recovery phases. With an apple, on toast, in porridge etc.

The product is great and the team behind them have been very helpful.

Insanely good stuff. I have used during long runs where I have seen their pouches to be super effective as well as just as a tasty snack when at home or on the move. They have created a magical formula.

Tastes great, easy to consume and packaging is perfect for fitting into a running vest. I would recommend!

Not just great for cyclists; my husband gyms often and this has been great for him on the go. We love the fact that the nutrition and ingredients are clean while the taste is good. Our niece even enjoys a bit of it when she can sneak and grab a pouch =)

Massively impressed with Resilient Nutrition. Greg Potter is seriously knowledgeable and the product is awesome. I have digestive issues and struggle with the usual carb gels and bars. Long Range Fuel has been a genuine game changer for me!
