Tom approached our company in September last year, informed us of what he does and that he thought our business was entitled to a refund. After sending him the information he required, 3 months later we were delighted to hear back from him, with amazing news that he has secured a refund and that it would be in our bank within 10 working days, which it was.
We were absolutely shocked with what Tom had managed to receive from us, we did not expect anything at all.
Tom is very professional and friendly, and we would definitely recommend his business to anyone.

When first contacted by Tom, I was very apprehensive as thinking this is too good to be true! We were elated when 3 months later we got a reimbursment that was above and beyond any of our expectations.

Thomas provided a brilliant professional review of my business rates. He was able to quickly identify where my valuation narrative was too expensive and helped me tighten the logic.

I was approached by Tom from RBR last year and he offered his services in reviewing the business rates we were paying with the specific intention of getting us a partial refund of what we had already paid and a reduction of our future liability. I am always skeptical about companies offering to get our building re-rated but this was different Tom was offering to get us money back that we had already paid under government reliefs that we weren't aware of and he did just that, on a no win no fee basis he fought our case with the local council and managed to get us back a substantial refund and future savings, an imense amount of money that helped us significantly last year, this was made up of a portion of the business rates we had paid over the last 3 years and then a reduction on our current rates up to April 26. We had substantial refund drop in to our account one day, money we had paid out to the council, refunded to us. I can't reccommend Tom highly enough his straight forward approach with no hard sell and once appointed he just did what he said he was going to do and even once he had got the council to agree they needed to refund us he continually chased them until they paid, only then once we had been paid did we recieve his invoice for his work which was an agreed percentage before the work took place. So don't hesitate to use RBR, like me you will be constantly wary of scammers trying to steal you money this isn't one of them!
