Issue with shower that took Richard a lot of head scratching due to an unusual problem. He persevered and sorted it. He remained cheerful and professional throughout. Would highly recommend. He’s in the phone for any other plumbing problems we may have going forward.

Have used Response Plumbing before and as always excellent service, prompt response no job too small thank you Richard. Highly recommend Richard and would certainly call again with any issues.

Very nice plumber and very quick response to a toilet flushing problem. Not sure, at this moment, that the issue has been 100% resolved due to water remains discoloured after an overnight stand.

Good communication skills with quick response.
Workmanship of a high standard.
Any problems resolved promptly.

Richard quickly sorted out a faulty water cut out valve in our toilet. We have used Richard to sort out our plumbing problems on several occasions and he has always been prompt, professional and friendly. We would not hesitate to recommend him and use him in the future.

I have worked with Richard and the team at Response Plumbing for many years on a number of small things.

The time came for two new bathrooms at once and Richard delivered a high quality product in both. There were a few issues that Richard rectified and his attention to detail and refusal to accept lower quality made us very confident and secure in his ablity.

Both bathroom are amazing and Richard resolved some bad decisions we made, proposed an alternative, then left us with a quality bathroom.

100% would use again, if you want it done right, complete project management, refusal to accept mediocrity then call Richard today.

Very quick to turn up and kept in touch the whole way from initial to on his way. Richard was professional, helpful and polite. Thank you
