Tracy James is a very friendly adviser, explaining everything very clearly and could answer all my questions. There was regular contact throughout the whole process and I felt I was well looked after.

Susan was brilliant, she explained everything at every step and kept us fully informed of progress and letting us know next steps of each stage. We had dealt with Susan before but alas didn't need the services of her a few years back but we made contact and it was as if there hadn't even been a gap in our communications. Susan certainly knows her stuff and I would highly recommend her and definitely use her again if the need arises.

From start to completion Susan was highly professional whilst being attentive and caring also. I found Susan to be honest and reliable. Susan provided relevant factual information throughout and when Susan said she would do something it was done promptly.

Great service, always at hand with help and advice

Tracy took the time to understand our challenges and specific needs, highlighting the alternatives to ER and how we might consider them. The comparative numbers of other ER providers were helpful when making a final decision, as were the projections and impacts of making annual payments to lessen the compound interest. We did finally go down the ER route having considered a number of alternatives including downsizing.

Throughout the application process Tracy kept us informed together with actively helping resolve a special condition imposed by the lender when our solicitor was unable to.

Tracy went above and beyond our expectations and helped throughout the process with guidance and professional advice.

My wife Lesley and I could not have been happier with the service provided by Susan Chessor. Susan, was very welcoming and put us at ease from the get go. She diligently explained what would happen through the process. We were updated regularly and any questions asked in person or by email were responded to in good time and answered honestly and professionally. This would have been a daunting process but through Susan's care and attention it was a 100% smooth transaction.
