Nick Meeke was very knowledgeable, efficient and extremely friendly. He found a mortgage for me. When I thought it was going to be very hard to get one. I highly recommend using his services.

From the first contact with Tracy in January, we felt confident that she understood our needs, and gave expectational factual information to help us make an informed decision. Her guidance helped us to find a Life Time Mortgage, whilst protecting the remaining equity in the house. We can't not thank Tracy enough for making it seamless.

We couldn't have asked for anyone better than Sharon Carmichael as our financial advisor, to guide us through the process of taking out another sum of equity release. We were nervous about doing this, but having reached the stage where we needed help in maintaining our house, we realised it was the best thing to do.

Tracy James really listened to our reasons and requirements for investigating equity release on our property. Having decided to investigate a lifetime mortgage, we contacted Royal London, who then put us in contact with Tracy from Responsible Life.
