I reached out via email to return the pillow on 5/3/25 and have not had a response.

I have sent three emails to start a return and I have not received a response . I have 30 days to return it and I think this delay is purposeful. Poor customer service .

THIS PILLOW IS AWFUL!! I have been trying to contact their customer service to initiate a refund and I’ve had no luck getting a response. The phone number doesn’t work and the chat is not active just automated templated responses. BUYER BEWARE!!! I want my money back.

What kind of company has no follow up customer service? This company. I bought a pillow and it is rock hard, and have attempted contact with them. No response.

I agree with several others on this site. I spent $208 on two medium soft goose down pillows funny how easy it is for them to process payment and get those pillows shipped but when I wanted to return them, it was a no go as someone else pointed out they want everything returned as it came, which is an impossibility so I knew from that that once they received the pillows, they weren’t going to refund my money. They did offer me 15% if I chose not to return the pillows. I didn’t accept it at the time thinking no I want my full refund. Definitely a scam outfit. They and their website should be shut down.. There’s no street address. They just say they’re on the 16th St. mall in Denver, Colorado. Mall is spelled Mal. And as others experience, no one answers the phone at all and they ultimately blocked my emails. They responded to one and when I responded nothing went through everything was blocked.

I wanted to return the pillow I purchased. I emailed them 3 times, no response. I tried to call several times. The mailbox is full so you can’t leave a message. I kept trying and finally got through and was able to leave a message, no one called me back. I’m stuck with this pillow and out $100.00 dollars

The worst pillows that I’ve buy. It getting flat so fast and turn to hard pillow. My ears and skin hurt after one night I slept on it. It’s not worst the price at all. It 20$ pillow is better this brand

This company is not trustworthy! Received the product. Immediately contacted seller. Their phone mailbox was full! It took 5 emails to finally receive a response. I personally believe they wait until it’s close to the 30 days. And, then their return policy is ridiculous. Keep everything! They even want the paper insert. I shipped the product back. They’ve received it and have yet to refund my money. I was forced to contact my credit card company. Funny, there is no IG account that I was able to relocate! Sooooo, my recommendation is to

Unhappy with my pillows, the go flat fast, and have been trying to return them for months under their stated guarantee. Their 30 day guarantee means NOTHING. There is NO service, nor apparently anyway to return them. Try calling before purchasing is my advice. I only get a full voicemail message and that summarizes their service... Finially got an email authorizing a return but no address provided after multiple requests. I have resigned it is simply $200+ wasted.

Terrible company. Have emailed multiple times to take advantage of the "30 night risk free trial" because the pillow is low quality and no one has returned my calls nor answered my emails. Buyer beware!!

I find this to be a SCAM company in that they have never in 3 weeks- responded to my messages to return the pillow- which I found terrible.
I also tried to call the customer service number- it says the mailbox us full (no one ever answers when I have tried to call)
I am reporting them to the BBB and other federal agencies
I strongly recommend to STAY AWAY and find other reputable companies to deal with for a quality pillow

I returned pillows and they never refunded me. I have reported them to BBB. They are thieves and stole my money. Their product is garbage.

I ordered two down pillows. The pillows were floppy and do not provide enough comfort or support. They are also very hard to fit into a pillowcase. It took them a nearly a month to respond to my return request and only after I had my CC freeze payment. BEWARE. They will deduct $50 for sending back two pillows. They also say they must be returned in original box. Good luck trying to compress them back into a box. All in all a terrible product and more terrible service.

On the Restlinens website it clearly states that if you cancel your order within 12 hours that it will be honored. My sister purchased me a down pillow as a gift and did not realize that I was allergic to down pillows. I immediately canceled the order well within the company’s cancellation time frame. The company never responded to me after three emails and two phone calls. In fact when I called, an automated message just said their mailbox was full. Four days after placing the order, I got an email saying that the item has been shipped. They completely ignored my emails and phone calls. You will see positive reviews all over social media sites, but if you dig a little, you will find more negative reviews very similar to mine! Once I reported the company to trust pilot, I immediately received an email response from Restlinens rep named Boine. He said I should refuse the delivery when it comes, but the chances of me being here when that happens are slim to none. Customers cannot open the package to see if they like the pillow because they will not be able to return it. In addition, I was immediately blocked from writing comments for Restlinens ads in Facebook.

I ordered the queen size pillow, with a free pillowcase and it's the worst pillow I've ever bought. They offer a 15% discount which should be 20%. The pillow was over 100.00 and once you sleep on it, flat as a pancake. Do not order this pillow.

Pillow gets completely flat in days. No support, horrible on neck. Not worth the price.

Ordered pillow and slept on it one night and did not care for. Sent it back EXACTLY like customer service told me to and now… no response from them. Several emails and it’s been over 45 days. Do not order from them.

SCAM COMPANY - Horrible customer service - i have tried setting up a return to to avail - I have sent 5 emails over the past 2 weeks - tried to chat - but no one there - called and says voicemail is full - seems like a scam company. Finally had to resort to charging back on my amx.
